When I was younger, this used to be the only Subway in the area. And for the most part it was quite good. But as the area changed (from sorta kinda mixed middle-​class area, to having, well, to being sent the city people being kicked out of their homes b/​c of gentrification) it became sorta subpar. Service not as good, not as clean, food not fresh… the whole plaza really went downhill some. When I was a child their was an Ingles, Big B Drugstore, Regal Cinema, etc…
Anyway, the area is becoming more diverse again, and the plaza is starting to stabilize a bit more. This subway isn’t my favorite by a longshot, but it’s decent.
