I took a years break from Papa Johns but I came back because Pizza Hut did not have wings on wing Wednesday. They were very good. I have been extremely busy this week and have ordered three times for my family. I am leaving town today and may send them a pizza at night to make sure everything is OK.

I wish i could give this papa johns negative stars not even 1… The cashiers to the management team is so unprofessional. …I will never in my life do business at this location again and I’m a regular customer… There very fraudulent so beware when using your card… I placed an order at 11:23 a. m…and at 1:15 no pizza I called and the cashier was nice and said they put it in as carryout she apologize and no said no problem I can re summit your order and have it out to you within 45 min she said that order was cancelled so she needed my card info again for the new order which I usually don’t give card info over the phone but I took a chance… OK this is where it went bad… it’s now 3:15 and no order so I call and she was like oh its on its way they just left I said ok… now it’s 4:15 I called to check the status and another cashier said it’s on the way. …Ok now it’s like 4:45 and this time I call to cancel my order… girl put me on hold and manager comes to phone and says mam there’s no order for you I was like WTF… they just said it was on its way… and he said he couldn’t give me a refund because there’s no order… REALLY so of course I had to get out of my bed in this nasty weather and drive all the way to papa johns that’s unacceptable to show him I was charge and there was a order do you know what he did seen where he was wrong told the cashier to just give me 21.00 out the register and walked off no Apology or nothing. …I will never go here again and that’s factz they wasted almost 5 hours of my time telling lies… I wrote a long letter to corporate…

I have also had piss po service and product from this location, if you have a complaint just go directly to website and file, be sure in your complaint to ask for a member of upper management and not at store level. I have had great sucess in not dealing with store level managers– they just dont care and will blow you off, upper management has made things right 3 times for me. When I order I expect to get poor service and will always be ready to file a complaint with the higher ups, maybe one day they will get the point and get better management un there. It also helps to take pic of your order and post it to the Papa Johns Facebook page.

Here from out of town. So I ordered a pizza at 10:15 for pick up and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes so I send my husband to go get it to be reminded it is winter and 45 degrees out as he arrives there they wouldn’t open the door for him at 10:40 and indicating that they are supposedly closes which they close at 11 that’s why I didn’t even bother to have it delivered. Talk about rasicm my husband Indicated they were panicking when I knocked out the door to the extent they didn’t even come out and open the door to ask how may he be helped but instead he was looked upon through a glass door because he is in a jacket due to the cold weather and is asking for the food he ordered. Can corporate call me I’m in dismay

Pizza came pretty fast, there were no mistakes on the order, and the delivery guy was nice. Overall it’s fine in my book and since I’m a vegan who lives in an area where there aren’t many options(especially for delivery) I’ll use them again to get their veggie pizza without cheese and bread sticks.

The other reviews are bad but I’ve been ordering from this papa John’s faithfully for a year and my best bet is delivery. I don’t go in store because the employees are immature and rude but they get my food done right so yeah

My family and are were relocating across the country and showed up around nine which isn’t to late but we have a two year old, and it’s past her bed time. There were no places to eat walking distance and towing our car made it hard to just pull and grab something so we decided to order pizza. #mistake. I ordered and 9:10 and the lady I talked to has to ask someone else everything I said which I get if she training it just made me a little nervous she got my order and said 35 minutes so a hour later we called and they said it was in route and should be soon. Half hour later we called and the driver took pizza back to store. No phone call no hey we are sorry, just didn’t seem to care we were there. Lucky for us we had a lot of snack stuff in the truck, so my two year d was happy but she really loves her pizza. Point of story is papa john’s please train your employees to care about the customer we are what keep your business going and a little customer service goes a long ways. You could of made a bad experience good with one person that cares for the customer.
