First time here ordered a chicken pizza and it was amazing! I really enjoyed the food. I had a coupon for a free 1 topping pizza with purchase of large specially. I had it delivered and it didn’t take too long. Will be ordering again, sorry Papa Johns… Lol

Really good thin crust that doesn’t get soggy(if you order the thin crust). Tasty tomato sauce. And fast delivery of a nice and hot pizza! This is the best pizza in this area and beats one further away like Mellow Mushroom. Needless to say, that mass-market chains like Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa John’s and Little Caesar’s don’t compare.

I have been going to this Marco’s since they opened up in 2014. A-1 service and food. I have never had any problems at all. My food is always made to my liking, and the service is excellent. The owner should be extremely proud of the crew. I also had delivery and was given a time of 45 minutes and it came way sooner than the time that was quoted. GOMARCO’S

The pizza was made how I liked it hence the 3 stars however I was waiting outside for my pizza & the employee comes out & says«one of ya’ll Shonda?» Which to me is totally unprofessional. While ordering my food one of the girls in the front was texting but I guess since it’s mainly take out customer service doesnt matter which I’m a stickler for. When a girl was placing his order another employee makes a comment to me using profanity which was shocking to me. But overall the pizza is a 3 I’ve had better where I live in Delaware & up north in New York.

It’s odd but kinda cool how you order online, but I’ve never been able to call. It’s like you call a main number but it always goes to voicemail. Might have just been because they had just recently opened. Once you do order I have never had a problem with delivery time, friendliness of delivery person & the pizza it’s self is amazing! They also have a surprising selection of menu items & pizza toppings. They are far superior to Papa Johns & Pizza Hut & far more cost effective. If you like pizza & have not ordered from Marcos do yourself a favor an do so.

This is a new Marco’s in our area. I had never had it before, so I was excited to try it out, as the only options for pizza around these parts is Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, and Little Caesar’s. I ordered delivery from here several times, with no issues. I did have an issue once(they didnt put parmesan on the crust like i ordered, and they gave me jalapenos instead of banana peppers), and the manager rectified it by giving me a credit for a free pizza. Cool. I was impressed by the good customer service. On to today’s issue: I ordered a pizza at 8:41PM online, and was quoted a delivery time of 9:23PM. The deliveries are usually prompt. At 9:43, I called inquiring as to the whereabouts of my order. The young lady that answered the phone stated that due to the weather, and the NBA Finals being on, that they were backed up. A couple of facts here: It only rained for 15 minutes max, so I dont see how that is holding anything up. True enough, the finals are on, but everybody knows that, and they shouldve staffed accordingly in anticipation of the increased order volume. That said, it is now 1hr past the quoted delivery time. I called back, obviously very livid by this time, as my patience is extremely short, and even shorter when im hungry. The young lady took a very harsh tone with me, telling me «You just gonna have to wait for your pizza or come up here and get it!!»(This said to me that my pizza wasnt even in the F^&*king car with a driver yet!!!) I asked for the general manager, and she rudely told me(he talkin to other folk right now so you gonna have to call back). Needless to say, I lost it at this point. No compensation was offered for my inconvenience, as I believe it should have been, as this delay is their fault, and not mine. I’m not just trying to get freebies, and I understand things happen. But for a whole hour to pass after the quoted delivery time, and I dont get so much as a courtesy call, or a credit, or something, is highly unacceptable. By the way, it is now 1.5 hours past the quoted delivery time, and I have yet to see my pizza!!! Update…shortly after posting this, a manager named Shawn called me back, and I expressed my concern, and he offered to either void the transaction and give me the pizza free, or put in the system that my next order is free. I went with the latter option.
