The worst experience I have ever had at LOVELY NAILS! The staff was rude, slow, and prices are never the same. I requested a simple pedicure which usually comes with a scrape of the dead skin, I was told I could only get that if I first get a calus treatment for an extra $ 5…when I clearly insisted I did NOT want the calus remover the nail tech decided I couldn’t get my heels scraped. Ultimately she got upset, did not do my feet, and sat there talking crap about me in her language and rolling her eyes. My 5 year old also got a pedi which was pretty decent. Upon cashing out I was charged $ 35 for her pedi and mines. Ridiculous! I paid to be talked about in Chinese smh
