S & S Automotive

I would NOT recommend S & S Automotive to anyone. I recently bought a brand new car and S & S Automotive installed a remote car starter for me. The device was not installed properly and caused my car to blow a fuse. Because of S & S’s handy work, I was stranded on a farm in Indiana and again at my house.
Although mistakes happen, S & S Automotive was very rude to me on the phone, telling me that a car has never been towed because of a remote starter. They also told me they were going to send a technician to my house to look at the car and he never showed. I ended up having the car towed to the dealer, who then had to call the president of S & S Automotive to get a technician to come and fix the car. In the end, I had the device removed from my vehicle and would never consider purchasing another one.
