I have been going to Charme for several years now. I always receive a beautiful cut and excellent service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

This place is terrible. The woman the cut my hair made it WAY too short. I said shoulder-​length, and I think she might have thought I said shorter, but that is no excuse for how it turned out. I have a very round face, and the way she cut my hair, my whole front face is exposed. Then when she was styling it, she made it incredibly puffy on top and since the bottom was really thin, it just makes me look like a balloon head. This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I thought that going to a Chinese lady would be better than the two times I’ve been to the Paul Mitchell School downtown near UIC. I was sorely mistaken. The money I spent on a cut didn’t even include a wash, and when it was done, she didn’t even sweep away the excess hair on my shoulders, back, and chest area.
Avoid this place like the plague. I will never go back here.
