Been using this location for about 2 years. They are always fast and on point. Almost every time I park before I can get out of my car, the shuttle is already waiting for me. Great drivers as well. Service has gotten even better in the last year

Easy and stress free. Just drive up to the lot, get your ticket and optional complimentary newspaper. KEEP THAT TICKET IN YOUR CAR! The shuttle circles around and will find you at your parking spot, where the driver will record your parking lot number. I highly recommend you take a picture of the ticket the driver hands you because it contains information about where to meet the shuttle and your lot number! Be sure to tip a few dollars if they help you with your bags :)
When coming home, meet the shuttle outside the designated spot and you’re on your way back to your exact parking spot. Payment is on the way out, either automated or a cashier. There’s free chilled water on the way out, perfect after an exhausting day’s travels.
The price is cheaper than BWI’s long term lot, but you wouldn’t think with the great service that would be the case. We are only using FastPark when traveling at BWI from now on.

It’s not what it used to be. Look somewhere else! Just arrived to Baltimore BWI last night, at about midnight, (from Fort Lauderdale). I had to wait for the green bus with my wife and kids for one hour and 15 minutes, so we got to our car at 1:40am. Attendant at the exit booth didn’t really care or apologized for the delay. She mentioned that they only had 2 buses working. We saw about 10 more units parked, right to the side of the West Nursery Rd. parking lot. We saw about 15 more families in the same situation, at the Baltimore terminal. Terrible, terrible service.

Today waited 30 mins for a bus to show up, and out of frustration started chasing them to try to get a ride to the terminal, but to no avail they simply refused to stop and blatantly ignored me. The day garage is a better deal — no bus drivers to wait for and covered for protection from the elements

FastPark will save you a ton of money on overnight or multiday parking and it’s super easy to use. Drive up, they’ll tell you what row to park in and about when to expect the next shuttle, they come straight to your car, help you load your bags, and you’re off to the airport. They even write your parking spot on the green ticket they give you. Open 24 hours.
However, they forgot to tell me you also need to keep you white ticket that you get on entry in order to exit. I misplaced mine over the course of my 9 day vacation so when it came time to drive home, I didn’t have the ticket. I said I misplaced it, she said, well you need it. Wellll how else can I get out of here, and then I had to show her my flight confirmation on my phone and write down some info about when I got there and my car, etc, etc. Anyway, I got out eventually. And it was really my fault for losing my ticket but she wasn’t overly helpful, especially considering it was 3 AM… But I did get a free water soooo bonus points there.

I love parking here. I parked at the Fast Park in North Carolina and continue the tradition here. The shuttle always promptly follows you to your car upon arrival, helps load your bags, and sometimes the driver reminds everyone about the essentials (keys, ID, phone) prior to leaving the lot. Complimentary water upon entering or exiting.
A word of caution, if parking in row Z, your car will most likely be covered in tree/​bird droppings when you return.

I used to really enjoy parking here, but after my last visit I wont ever be returning.
After a nice vacation I returned to my car literally covered with bird droppings and tree sap, both of which can cause permanent damage to any vehicles paint and clear coat.
They parked in row Z which is lined with trees, although shade is nice it also attracts birds galore which in turn defecate on vehicles. My car wasn’t the only one covered and I imagine others will be upset about this as well.

I have been using this service for about 10 years. It is always fast and convenient and has competitive rates. This is the only place I park when flying out of BWI. Highly recommended.

On the shuttle bus one of the other passengers remarked, «I’d never park anywhere but Airport Fast Park,» and I agree 100%. The entrance attendant is always friendly and offers the morning paper, the shuttle driver either follows me to my parking spot or arrives within a minute, and the service overall is excellent. When we arrived at BWI two days ago our shuttle wasn’t there yet, but the other shuttle was. (Airport Fast Park has two lots near BWI and runs separate shuttles.) The other shuttle driver invited us to sit in his warm shuttle and wait for ours, which we did. Five minutes later our shuttle arrived and he carried our bags over for us.

Not sure what happened, but my last two trips just havent been up to the standard. Been parking here for 7 years now, but i might have to cash out on the frequent parking and look around at the competition. As other have been saying recently, there seem to be less buses, even on the busiest week of the year. Waiting in the lot to be picked up and multiple vans for a ride, due to them being jam packed. They use radios, so common sense would say the office would get the info that so many people are waiting and dispatch additional vans… the other lot seems to do that a lot better. 3 vans from the other lot came and picked up, in the time it took me to get into a van. They rolled one after another to grab everyone… ours, not so much!!! Fail

This has been my ‘go to’ parking service at BWI for years… They have a loyalty program and pick you up right at your car… I’ve hardly ever had to wait to long…
and they’re a bargain!

This was my first and probably my last time parking at the famed «blue lot.» Many people have raved to me about Fast Park blue lot and I really just wasn’t impressed compared to other BWI off-​site parking that I’ve reviewed. I for one frequent off-​site parking not because of the price break (because it really is minimal compared to BWI parking), but the amenities: door to door service, friendly employees, etc.
Their shuttles are smaller compared to some of the other off-​site parking lots. I did not receive a free paper on my way to my departure flight. The woman at the entrance directed me to a lane that the shuttle was already in so I did not have to wait long when I got there.
On arrival back in Baltimore, there was a shuttle waiting but the hiccup came as I pulled into the checkout lane to pay my bill. I couldn’t see the attendant but she belted, «Be right there!» Yet probably 3 – 4 minutes went by and still no come came, so I honked my horn (as I didn’t see where she was) and she came running over in a frenzy. She did offer me a bottle of water on my way out though.
It’s not necessarily a bad option — just one of the many. I was really not too wowed by it!

Let me tell you why this place us so awesome, it’s like getting VIP treatment without paying a ton.
It’s the cheapest place to park near the airport. Once you enter they give you a snack and follow you to your car– thats right, no waiting outside in the cold for a shuttle like at BWI’s long term and they drop you off in front of your airlines gate.
Service is quick! When the pick you up they drop you off right in front of your car. They also give you water on your way out.
(Note you can’t pay by 2 means (like cash and credit), service is usually super friendly but if you inconvenience them they’re mean, just fyi)

Parking is cheap, the offer free paper and bottle water, join the frequent user club, you get free days after a specified amount of parks. the only thing i didnt care for was being charged by the hours after you hit 24. but its still a good deal.

Found this place while searching for overnight airport parking in the BWI area. Dropped my car off on a Tuesday night, before taking a long drive to Florida. The lot was brightly lit and very easy to find. The parking attendant was a pleasure to deal with and provided me with all the information I needed when I came back.
Flew back to BWI the following Monday night (6 days later). The FastPark shuttle was already there when we walked out of baggage claim, picking up other patrons. We got on very easily and were back to the lot in less than 10 minutes.
The total price for almost a week was only $ 45! You cannot beat that! The great service and free water bottles as you’re leaving is a plus too!
I would highly recommend this when flying out of BWI.

This place goes above and beyond for their customers. I have been parking at the wrong place all this time when I fly out of BWI. First off it is really inexpensive, about 7 bucks a day. Theres also a loualty program that is free and you can earn free parking days.
There are plenty of parking spaces and the person at the booth points you to where to park. If you get there early enough you can take advantage of the free newspapers! The shuttle picked me up promptly and gave me a reminder ticket for where I parked. Getting to my Airline was quick and easy and the driver was super friendly and helpful.
Upon my return the shuttles were there ready to take me to my car. They take you directly to your vehicle! Most importantly, my car was still there in the condition I left it lol. Paying was super easy with credi card snd you even can grab a free bottle of water!
Totally awesome place, you should probably not think of parking anywhere else around BWI. Alot of other places, parking lots or otherwise, should take some advise from these guys on customer service!!!

My first time ever doing airport parking. This was easy breezy!
Just as others have described, when you pull up you’re directed to a parking space. Thank goodness I was sent to a corner where there was a tall bush that provided shade for my car. The shuttle didn’t come in a flash for me, but I had just enough time to get out the car, unload my bags and 2 passengers (my mom and my 4 yr old), lock up and in about another minute the shuttle arrived. The drive to the airport was short and sweet. The Shuttle was very neat and clean.
When we arrived back from our trip we followed the directions on where to meet the shuttle. We just missed a shuttle as we were exiting, but less than a minute later, another pulled up.
Would definitely recommend and use them again!

I am so glad we found this place! We had been parking at a different off-​site parking lot and the bus was always over crowded and it took forever to get to our car. Not with FastPark & Relax! We look forward to parking here anytime we travel. You get a newspaper when you enter and a bottled water when you exit for Free! A shuttle bus picks us up as soon as we park, often times just following us right to our car. It only seats 10 people max and will not over pack the bus if there are more people. This way we can get to our gates and cars very quickly! I am happy that they have a frequent parker program so that is an added value! The price is great too. I wish they let you make reservations in advance, especially for busy holidays, but so far we haven’t had any issues getting in!

This is what is great about BWI as opposed to DCA. An economy parking lot. Very easy to get to and timely service. The busses were at the ready. They gave me a complimentary Baltimore Sun paper and offered complimentary bottled water.
The only thing I noticed was the advertised price on the bus was cheaper than what they charged me. At the end of the day I’m not going to complain about the daily fee of $ 7.90.

Excellent facility. Came back from a week’s vacation and my SUV looked to be in the same condition I left it. I parked it at the very end of a row so that I would only have one car beside mine and could pull all the way to one side of my space to have plenty of space between me and the next car. The shuttle picks you up from your parking space and helps you load your luggage. Driver gives you a card with your parking space info. The trip to the airport was very fast and comfortable… much better than when I parked at the airport’s own lot. It was much cheaper, too.
When we returned, we didn’t have to wait for the shuttle as it was already there curbside. We gave the driver the card we were given initially and he took us right to our car and unloaded our luggage. Upon exit, they have a sliding-​door cooler with free bottled water. I took only one but I guess you could really take a bunch if you were so inclined to do such a thing.
