Dairy Queen-Brazier

I went to this drive through 3 times last week and each time I asked for ranch dip for my French fries. The first and second time, the employee told me they were «out of ranch». The third time I insisted on 2 cups of ranch, the employee told me they charge 25 cents/​Ranch dressing… She said the manager is very strict about their ranch policy. What fast food place charges for Ranch? I am very frustrated with this place and I feel bad for the employees who have to explain that to the customers… Bad management at this location.

II went through the drive thru and ordered a plain chicken sandwich i had them tepeat my order back to make sure it was plain. When i drove around to pay i asked them again to repeat my order. They repeated it to me again. Plain chicken sandwich. A different person handed me my food and he said here is your plain chicken sandwich. I drove home and when i unwrapped my sandwich it had everything on it. I drove back and walked inside and explained that they did not give me what i paid for. So she took my bag containing my sandwich to the back and came back with my old bag and sanwich. I proceeded to open my old bag and noticed they just scraped off the toppings it was soggy. I asked for the manager she said i will make u a new one. And never offered me any free item such as a cone or anything. Please dont go to this location.

It’s a Dairy Queen, what else can I say really? Ice cream is good. The burgers aren’t bad, though the last time I had a Dairy Queen burger it had a couple ants crawling around in the box. :(
