The only reason they got 3 stars is because they actually had the phone i wanted unlike other stores but the service is less than good. They made me wait 15 mins because the rep who had initially helped me 1 before was on lunch. With 3 employees standing around they said that the other guy was going to help me. Really talk about customer service, then they try so hard to hussle you to get the «NEXT Plan» making it seem like it is the best option when you are paying for the full price of the phone. The only reason they push it so hard is because the sales associate is their way of making money. 2 year agreements are not good for them. Very bad experience
