The crust of the pizza I ordered was a little burnt. I thought the pizza was okay. I liked the overall product, but I thought it was a little expensive. The person making the food didn’t seem very helpful but when I went to the register to place my order, I was directed back to the lady in the front. It appears that some employees need training in customer service.

Everyone go to 1000 degree in Bridgewater, the staff there is much more lively than these boring slumps. The service made my food spoil.

Concept is good like blaze pizza however the ingredients were not fresh like they claim… staff were friendly and place was clean but it tasted like Pizza Hut pizza and the peppers were so hard could barley chew. I hope they try organic ingredients maybe they will better

I was excited to try a new gluten free friendly restaurant in the area but was very disappointed and will not return. I came with my mom and was surprised the restaurant was empty. A weeknight at 6pm seemed like there should be some customers in there. We ordered wings and 2 small pies. I needed 1 pie to be gluten free. After they began our wings and started making my moms pie, the employee casually said«oh, we are out of the gluten free crust. Want a regular one?» I would if I could but the reason we chose to dine at 1000 Degrees is because I cannot have gluten. The employees need to be better informed. I told them to cancel the entire order because what’s the point of my mom eating when I can’t. We went to another fast fired pizza restaurant 1 town away that had gluten free pizza dough.

Horrible pizza! The concept is great but what happens to your pizza is burnt outside and gooey inside! Awful! I couldn’t eat it at all! And the service isn’t good. They rush you down the line to pay, and aren’t very customer service like…

I had a good experience dining in. So good, I tried their online ordering. Considering I live 15 min away, I chose a pick up of 6:54pm. Mind you I came in the store 7:09pm. Whats the point of ordering ahead if its not even ready. They were liteeally prepping it. Yes it takes 3 – 5 minutes in the over but c’mon?!? pick up time is 6:54. I arrived about 10 minutes latr abd waited 10 more. smh

I came to 1000 degree pizza in the aviation plaza today for the grand opening. Dude was hand stretching and tossing fresh dough all day long! It was refreshing to see it wasn’t done by a machine press. The customer service was excellent and everyone was very attentive and friendly. But as for the most important part– the pizza: we have previous tried similar fast fired pizza places such as Blaze pizza in Clark and honestly have to say this place was so SO much better. I enjoyed a veggie loaded pizza and it was excellent. Perfect light char on the crust, toppings were fresh and full of flavor, san Marzano sauce was fantastic and not overly sweet, and the pizza actually stayed hot(competitiors pizza came out scalding hot but after you got through the first slice it was cold). The artichokes were flavorful and didn’t just taste like mush soaked in vinegar like other places tend to. For as busy as the opening was, everything was still excellent and no quality was sacrificed. I have been back several times and have always had a pleasant experience and delicious pizza. This place will continue to receive my business, and I recommend it to anyone that likes brick oven or wood fired style pizza. As for the teenage staff– I think it’s incredible that this pizza place employs local youths. More job opportunities are much needed these days. Keep up the great work.

My fiancée and I decided to give this place a try. We caught a movie in the same plaza and noticed this place. We decided to grab dinner there and we were extremely disappointed. First off I’ll start with the good. The staff was pretty nice and friendly. Unfortunately that was the only good thing. I got a pizza with a few different toppings which included chicken, steak, broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, and ricotta cheese. All the ingredients tasted cheap. I blame myself for even ordering some of those, like steak on a pizza for only $ 8? Both of our 10 inch pizza’s were burnt. The spinach we got was complete burnt and were like spinach chips. I wouldn’t go back if I was offered a free pizza. Enter this place at your own risk, remember if you can get all those ingredients you want for $ 8 including chicken and steak, what kind of ingredients do you think they are using?

Hot and new? This place was the opposite for my first visit. I ordered one of the classic options and was given a regular pepperoni pizza. They told me the server probably did not understand my order even though I was very clear. I was given the wrong pizza for free but I still waited a lengthy time for my second but correct pizza. Definitely did not enjoy the experience or the attitudes of the extremely rude workers. Never coming here again.

I was excited about this pizzeria opening up, but I’m so disappointed with my first visit. I walked in and found a few customers and teens working behind the counter. I ordered from a menu and noticed the area where the toppings were was very messy(toppings were mixed up and all over the counter). I proceeded to place my order regardless(wanted to give the place a chance). I went to pay and sat patiently waiting for about 10 min. Then one girl walks over and says«Are you Vanesa, I’m sorry I gave your pizza to someone else. I am making another right now.» So I waited again for the second pizza. One of the girls behind the register gave me a small card for a free pizza for next time for my trouble. I thought that was nice. Anyway my pizza was finally ready, but when I got it the crust was burned :(As I left someone was walking in complaining that they were given the wrong pizza(probably my first pizza). I won’t go back there. It didn’t taste good and had VERYLITTLE cheese on it. It felt like I was eating bread with sauce. Hopefully they will get better. Just wanted to give my input because for $ 8 I could have gone to my usual pizzeria and gotten the same thing and it would have tasted much better. I just wanted to give them the business since they just opened up. Oh well :(

Four stars but not for the food its was because of the accuracy for food delivery. I placed my order 3 times!!! Yes 3!!! First time my pizza was given to some other customer, second time it was also given to some other customer! Wasn’t until the third time the pizza I ordered 20 minutes ago was finally given to me!(Ridiculous). The manger did apologize 3 times and gave me a coupon for a free pizza for my next visit. Besides the confusion the pizza was really good! Nice crust, good sauce and good selection of ingredients! Definitely will be back and hopefully by then, they would have straighten out there accuracy.

I am a fan of brick oven pizza. I travel to New York to John’s pizza on Bleeker st to get in my opinion, one of the best pizza I ever had. This pizza is ok. It’s like domino’s assembly line pizza. It’s not made with love.
