Ordered chicken nuggets around 9:00 p.m. and got food poisoning. Was sick for 3 days, never again!

I missed the part where it is my responsibility to come back when you screw up the order. Like every time. I do not even think I should have to check the order everytime. Why is it so difficult for you to get the orders straight. Completely left a sandwich out but gave me the drink and fries. That is my idea of a combo meal.

There it was… staring me in the face as I opened my filet o fish box… a hair, right on the top center of the bun. I bet it would have been delicious(the filet o fish, not the hair).

Wish I could give it a zero. It’s by far the worst McDonald ever. The food is often wrong and the customer service is horrible. I don’t understand how they don’t train their staff to greet customers politely and they never say a word when they hand you your food. They should go have training at the McDonald’s at 83 and Arlington heights roads. I wish we didn’t live so close to this one because I’d like to avoid it.

This is the closest McDonald’s to my job and as such, I do frequent it. However, as of late I’ve seen a slippage in the level of service I’ve received. On more than one occasion, I’ve ordered simple things like coffee with cream and sugar, and have received black coffee instead. Or I’ve ordered food items, been charged for said food items, and did not receive them. The management has been good in replacing those items once reported, even going as far as giving me a free lunch on a couple of occasions, but I feel that you shouldn’t have to go behind the staff and make sure their orders are correct. You only get one opportunity to make the customer happy. Word of wisdom: Check your orders before you leave, preferably while you’re still at the register.
