Jackie was awesome! Helped me navigate my new hair style and figure out what I wanted, was very happy with service and cut.

We’ve been going here about 10 years, I always go for whichever stylist is available and have been very happy with all of my haircuts. I’ve never had to go back for any touch ups. We tend to go first thing in the morning, so there’s less of a wait. You can also call before you leave your house, they’ll put your name on the list, that can save a little time when you get there.

I see the bad reviews that were posted and I cannot disagree more. I have been getting my haircut by Amanda for awhile now and couldn’t be happier. Even brought my son this last time and my wife loved the haircut that she gave him. Only wish they had a TV and more comfortable chairs/couch so when you do have to wait. Sonia is also good. Can’t comment on the others though but as long as Amanda is there I will continue to make the trip.

This«Supercuts» continues the long lived tradition of providing horrible haircuts at reasonably marginal prices. With a rushed careless and frenetic energy these«Supercut» professionals will cut your hair with such a loose attention to detail you’ll be out the door before you realize your ear is bleeding and your completely covered in clippings. With a guarantee your hair will not only look lop sided, but will be completely unmanageable for the following 3 weeks due to the lack of actual style these«dressers» perform, or your money back. But you wont get your money back because you’ll refuse to walk out of the house due to embarrassment and the realization you knew what you were getting yourself into by choosing«Supercuts» in the first place. Final Verdict: «I should have gone to Mcdonalds on my lunch break instead»

My family and I have been going to the Supercuts at Lincoln Mall for about six months. I have(had) long, straight hair and was glad when I found a stylist that was great at what she does and the cost was reasonable. I have been very happy with Jackie’s work and thrilled I could just pop-in to get my bangs trimmed. Up until now, I would have gone four-stars, however, I found out this past Saturday that not every stylist at Supercuts is as good as Jackie. My son and I needed haircuts, so we went in. Jackie wasn’t working, but I was assigned to the manager Melissa — I asked her to keep the length, add a few more long layers and trim up my bangs. I was completely shocked as I watched her hack of about 6 inches in the middle of my hair! Throughout my cut, it felt like she was rushing and concerned about the number of customers waiting. I ended up with shoulder length hair with very choppy layers above my ears and bangs that look like I cut them myself! Since my hair is so straight, I can’t even curl it to try to hide the horrible cut. My 13-year-old also has fine, straight hair and was cut by a different stylist. He walked out looking like he went to the barber used by the cast of «Amish Mafia»! Luckily, Supercuts has a satisfaction guarantee and we went to the new location on Mendon Road in Cumberland the next day. Luckily for my son, they were able to clean up his cut and give him a great hairstyle. Me, not so lucky, they looked at my hair and said my best bet would be to let it grow a few weeks and then come get it restyled. They were right, unless I wanted to go with a pixie — there isn’t much left to do but wait. In summary, be aware before you get your hair cut at the Lincoln Mall Supercuts. Be very specific about the cut you are looking for and ask them to go slow. I also recommend not going in on Saturday, when the manager is more concerned about turning over customers than giving a good cut!
