Love this Raleys! The staff is always smiling and the food is always fresh.

I was impressed. Asked the butcher guy if he slice my roast for jerkey. He asked if he wanted him to cut the fat off which I did. Great customer service, just don’t get that anymore at stores. It was sliced and just perfect for beef jerky. Good job

When reading my review, take into consideration that I have only lived in CA for a week and I am a grocery store snob. With that being said, I thought their produce section was sad looking, messy, and unorganized. I do not like the layout of the store, the isles are too small. When I couldn’t find an item I did get help in a professional manner. I didn’t like the «culture» of this store. I did find a selection of GMO free chicken. Hopefully, its true to the label. I’m not making the drive from Marysville for this quality of shopping, I will take on the extra distance and go to Trader Joes. I might check out the Safeway that is near this Raleys.

This is unusual for my usual reviews, but I have to give a shout out to this store.
I came in for a cake and was helped by Jeannie (see? I CAN remember things!) and she was AMAZING. My funny (albeit somewhat… odd) request was met by the perfect cake. She was sweet, and did a kick ass job decorating! I made sure she did it after all the reviews I’ve seen on a certain Facebook group I’m a part of.
When I was checking out with my usual booze, food and now cake haul the cashier was so nice! The bagger, Aaron (red headed, big boy) took our groceries out and was HILARIOUS! He was so sweet, down to earth and helpful.
This store is amazing. Clean, small-​ish, but big enough to have what I want, and big enough to have a badass cake dealer, sweet cashier and amazing baggers.
Jeannie and Aaron, y’all are the reason this Safeway fan will only go to Raley’s whenn I’m in town!

This store is always clean and the customer service is awesome! The have a great produce section and carry a large variety of organic juices that you can’t find anywhere else. Groceries do cost more than Safeway or Winco, but I think people shop here with that in mind. Honestly, the cleanliness and location make up for the higher prices.

Store is really nice, lovely floral department, especially during fall and the holiday season. Check out lines move fast and checkers are friendly and accurate.
This review is mainly for the bakery department– employees are really outstanding! Special cake/​cupcake orders I’ve put in are always are 100% correct, they do a great job. I’ve had all my family’s birthday cakes made there, they do special requests and well as great theme cakes. They have a large book with pictures of cakes to choose from. Their light and fluffy frosting is to die for… and not too sweet! They offer fillings as well, such as whipped cream, strawberry and raspberry, also regular buttercream frosting.
One time recently, I had to change an order and a really nice Asian man helped me over the phone (even though he doesn’t work in the bakery department) I didn’t catch his name, but he wrote down my changes on the existing order form and my order came out totally correct! Another time I showed up a little earlier than a cake was due to be finished and the nice lady decorating the cake said «no problem, I’ll put the finishing touches on it right now! Wow! Now that is great service! Totally didn’t expect her to do that! Over and above:)
I would recommend this store and bakery to anyone!

The store is always clean! They have a really cool and unique selection of bottled sodas that rivals nugget. I wish this was more common in grocery stores in general. I would have given the store a 5 bit the prices on some of their products can get a bit pricey.

Love the convenience of this grocery store to my work in Lincoln and the added bonus of a gas station and car wash!

Raleys is a well run store, clean bright and the Staff and management treat you like a valued customer. You feel valued when they empty the cart for you at the check out stand, get big gas discounts and load your car with your groceries, try getting that at the big chain stores. Items such as huge variety of teas, bulk bins, a healthier food section, and MOCHI in the cold asian food section keep me coming back.

Got in, got our drinks, got out! I like Raley’s because they are fast!
