The overall service, cleanliness and store items is very good. The pharmacy is great with very nice and helpful employees. However, the meats section is a different story. Raley’s does not carry cut-up chicken, often they are totally out of skin-on, bone in chicken breasts. When I asked why, the meat attendant was very surly and said Raley’s has no control over that. It is Foster Farms that controls what chicken is available and how it is cut-up and packaged. He seemed angry when I challenged him on his response. I asked him if he could cut up a whole chicken for me and he said no he was too busy. Excuse me, but is Raley’s letting Foster Farms dictate their packaging and what is avail for sale? Seems a little far fetched to me. I also do not like the way Raley’s butchers their meat products. Steaks such as T-bone and Porterhouse are very thin making them a poor candidate for the grill. I have been a long, long time Raley’s customer of various locations. This store’s meat section is by far the worst I have experienced. It is really sad to see Raley’s decline. I am certain that Tom Raley(the founder) is rolling over in his grave regarding the operation of this store’s meat department. I hope the Raley family(Who now make up the board of directors and run Raley’s operations) takes just a few minutes out of their busy day to read some of these reviews. More importantly, I hope they act positively upon them to make Raley’s a great store again. They must remember it is their customers and their customers’ opinion that will carve out the future of Raley’s. Let’s hope Raley’s doesn’t follow the path of Sacramento’s Corte Bros stores.

I love coming here. There’s a woman I see all the time. She gives my husband and I wonderful advice all the time. She’s right you know.

Prices are probably in line. Deli and seafood section is good. People who work there are really nice. Coffee in coffee place is average. Check out is always quick. Parking is decent.

Multiple expired food items here. Realized a few meat products that had been expired for over a week when I got home, had to return them. Seafood is horrible do not buy it from here. I got ROTTEN shrimp from them after specifically asking when they came in and staff said that morning. Also got Dead muscles after asking for them to check them before putting in my bag apparently staff does not know what a dead muscle looks like… Complained to management with no response or action on thier part. I do not shop here because of multiple bad food experiences. Go to Safeway or Roseville and save your money. I formerly shopped at the Raleys on Pleasant Grove blvd and loved them so this place disapointed me.

Relatively new location, the produce and meats are always fresh, what I’ve come to expect from Raley’s and Bel Air, and this one is no exception. There doesn’t seem to be too much employee turnover as I always see the same faces, which makes it a nice experience. They have a Redbox and US Mail service here, so it’s definitely a trip-saver if you have needs that extend beyond groceries. A good Raley’s location, I know the long time Lincoln residents were die hard Rainbow Market fans and were sad to see them go, but hey, Raley’s is also a family owned market, and I hate to say it, it’s much cleaner and better than Rainbow was!
