Retro motel, but clean and comfy. Staff are super friendly. Tgey know the local areas well. I can’t wait to return next year to my treetop room looking for birds.

For motels, this one isn’t bad. It definitely needs updating but it’s always quiet and the past three years we have stayed we have always gotten the same room, which makes my son happy!

I went here last weekend for my birthday. I took some kind of ski and snowmobile package with my fiancé. The hotel is dated but the guy at the front desk is very very friendly. The rooms are clean and the price is good. I overall, had a great time!

Excellent for the money. Can’t get closer to Franconia notch park. Within walking distance. Free grills. Awesome jacuzzi clean rooms with all the basics. Let me bring my dogs for a total of 90 bucks for the night! Really helpful friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back for ski season. Wish I had known about this place a long time ago. I usually pay 200 dollars a night and have a much longer ride to cannon. Unless your looking for a hilton or high end, this place is great

This is kinda a dive motel, that we stayed at while we were in town for Laconia Bike week, which is about an hour away. The views of the mountains from the rooms were very nice. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. No complaints. The rooms are a bit dated.

After a day at Loon Mountain in December, the starter on my relatively new car died at a local gas station. It was about 8pm and the nearest auto shop was closed. I was stranded 130 miles from home and with my AAA plus, I would still be out about $ 100 dollars. After calling around, it figured it would be cheaper to spend the night and have the car fixed in the morning. After a recommendation from a local, we got a ride to Parkers and got an excellent rate for the night. To our surprise, for what we paid, the room was twice as big as my girlfriend and I had expected. The beds were comfortable, the heat worked excellently and the showers were hot. The rough night was eased by our great stay. A few weeks later my girlfriend and I decided to spend the night in Lincoln so that we could take our time getting up the next day for another trip to Loon Mountain. We booked our room again with Ken and despite calling to book on a busy night, Ken again gave us a great rate. The room this time was about the size we expected the first time, but the visit was just as comfortable and pleasant. I’ve stayed in the area a few times, and unless there are no vacancies, I will continue to stay at Parkers. Thanks again Ken. Thery.

Manager Ken was super friendly and helpful. He even offered us the use of showers after our checkout and hike to Cannon Mountain that day. That was definitely above and beyond service, though we opted to drive straight home after hiking sans showers. The price of $ 69 for a summer Friday night close to our destination was fabulous and the room was clean, the bed comfortable with huge pillows, and the shower pressure and temp just right. Included free wi-fi, as well. The only downside(as is the case with a lot of motels/hotels) is the lighting over the mirror. Not adequate in the least for putting on makeup or shaving.

My daughter(11) stayed here with her dad and enjoyed it. The reason I am reviewing them however, is because my daughter left her beloved American Girl doll behind. She realized this on Sunday night, after staying there the night before. I told her I would call, and I kept my fingers crossed. The gentleman I spoke to was lovely. He was helpful and friendly. He said they had found the doll and would put it in the mail on Tuesday. On Friday, it arrived. My daughter was thrilled. It is nice to see that people still take the time to do good things!

After reading the last review, Dad and I decided to stay here before heading out backpacking the next morning. Ken was very helpful and informative. The owners clearly take pride in their establishment as it’s very clean. We appreciated the AAA discount.

I’ve heard very interesting things about New Hampshire, since moving to Boston a year ago, but nothing could have prepared me for the Parker’s Motel in Lincoln NH. My Girlfriend Shannon, and I, were visiting family and had a few drinks, so we decided to find a local hotel to spend the night. We decided on this Motel. The manager Ken was EXTREMELY helpful! He couldn’t wait to tell us about the Endangered Species playing at the Woodstock Inn around the block…(a local… VERY local cover band at a local bar.) He provided the information about a shuttle to take us to and from the bar. His smile left something to be desired…(I was hoping for teeth), but he sure was friendly to us city girls. The room was very nice and had everything we would need. It was clean and we even had a little table and chairs set up outside. We had a great time and I hope my old friend Ken is taking care of his pearly white(s).
