Our first time was not so good! We went thru the drive thru. Our order was wrong and didn’t get our chocolate shake. We had to go back and go in to get our shake. Told them no whip cream and they gave it to me with whip cream. We waited a long time in drive thru then had to wait more for them to get the shake right. The food was cold and disappointed our order was wrong! Probably won’t go back.

I’m not sure what all the hype is about. I tried a spicy chicken sandwich and my gf tried the fried nuggets. The sandwich was very blah. It really had no flavor and was a below average chicken sandwich, not very spicy either. The Nuggets were extremely tiny and also didn’t have much to offer in terms of flavor, even with the dipping sauce. The staff was friendly and the service was quick for how busy it was but I honestly can’t understand why people eat here. I won’t be again.

I’ve been here a few times since it opened. It’s always fairly busy, which is not surprising. The food is very good and the staff is friendly. Even with it being so busy, I’ve never had to wait very long for my food. Even if you do have to wait for a bit it is worth it and they bring your food to your table so you don’t have to wait at the counter. I tried the breakfast for the first time today. It did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

I would definitely recommend the chicken bagel with spicy chicken. I will be coming back and would recommend this place to anybody. :)

First time visit. Last time visit. Trapped in the drive thru for 23 minutes because the entrance & drive thru are terribly configured at this location. Finally got a spicy chicken sandwich & fries. Sandwich was soggy and fries were cold. Staff was polite. Many other eating options around South Point, not worth stopping here

Meh! The food was ok. Not bad by any means, but not all that good either. At least it was so busy that the food was fresh. Sadly the food isn’t good enough to warrant it being so busy (thus not worth the wait).
Staff was friendly though!
I’ll eat it again but I’m in no rush…

So, so, so impressed every time I have visited! Food is amazing and staff helpful, courteous and quick.

Very disappointed. We were so excited to try it, but couldn’t get close for weeks. Finally it slowed enough for us to get in, we found it wasn’t worth it. I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets, fruit cup and soda. Hub got the original chick fil a and waffle fries and a frosted lemonade. Kiddo got crispy chicken nuggets, waffle fries and a milk shake. The service was very friendly and welcoming. Our food came out quickly and hot. I was confused at first though because my nuggets were in s little reuse able plastic dish no bigger than a cup, kind of the size of a fancy feast cat food container. I opened them to find little bitty hunks of chicken no bigger than a quarter in diameter. They tasted very good, but were no where near a meal sized portion. And no where near looking like the menu board. My fruit cup was maybe three slices of strawberries, 8 blueberries and the rest apples. And it was extra as a ‘premium’ side My pop was really good though. Hub’s sandwich was ok, but much like we make at home. Hub said it reminded him of something off of Wendy’s value menu. His and kiddos waffle fries were tasteless and in desperate need of salt. He did rather enjoy his lemonade though. Kiddos crispy nuggets were more like popcorn chicken. Very disappointing. Cost $ 25 and as kiddo says, ‘well those were nice appetizers’. We had to go to Taco Bell for our supper.

As a Texas transplant, I have been waiting for this to open for months, and it doesn’t disappoint! It’s not too different that other CFAs, which means it’s AMAZING. I highly recommend getting a peppermint chocolate shake at this time of year!

Really? I’ve had Chick Fil A before and I don’t remember it being bland and flavorless. Fries were under cooked. The staff was very friendly but a bit robotic.

Same as other chick fil a. But too [crazy here in Nebraska. Get the heck out of indoor playground Big kids! (But service rate is 5 stars)

I’ve been here a few times, now. My goal is to try everything on the menu. The service and attitudes of staff are top notch! It’s always busy but they are so efficient in moving the lines along! They have plenty of staff to keep things moving and keep people happy!
