Came in here on a whim. I needed caffeine!
Place seemed clean and the cashier had a big smile on her face for a minimum wage worker.

After countless times coming back to this DD I have to admit the service has gotten way better. The crew is very friendly every time I walk-​in and always greet me with a smile on my face. I come here so much the crew knows what I already want!

The crew member was rude and didn’t want to even take our order let alone make it or put a smile on. He was an older foreign man who talked in a different language into his Bluetooth in between questions while he was ringing us up.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked that it be put on a breakfast sandwich with cream cheese… I’m pregnant, so what? He scoffed and shook his head as he rang it in. I almost jumped over the counter and strangled him for that alone!
So, he rang up our whole order and then went out of sight and was slamming around cabinet doors and buckets and talking loudly in his bizarre language as he made our food. A line started to build up behind us and he ignored them while he threw his little tantrum and made our food.
In the end, I received my sandwich on a croissant with no cream cheese even though he charged me a dollar for the add-​on, and my drink had the wrong flavor in it even though I clarified it for him TWICE.
My boyfriend ordered a tuna melt that was cold with tuna salad that tasted old and improperly prepared. The only reason he got his drink is because I reminded the employee that it was sitting on the mixer incomplete.
One thing I can say is that this is not a standard experience for this location. During daytime hours we’ve had pleasant experiences. However, this really turned me off of Dunkin Donuts especially because he was hacking and coughing all over all of the equipment while he was having his temper tantrum!
I’m really peeved because we have a pretty high unemployment rate around here and I’m absolutely positive that DD would have no problem finding somebody willing to work the night shift with a FREAKING SMILE ON THEIR FACE and not give people a hard time for ordering food.
God forbid I want to spend my money at your establishment, sir, let me go somewhere else so I won’t inconvenience you while you take your personal call at work!
