My review is regarding the staff and their customer service skills. My family and I were on a road trip from Southern California and booked this location via
. Unknown to me this hotel did not «accommodate» children and when I purchased the room I stated I had 2 kids (2 week old and 18 months), so I assumed it was ok. After showing up to the offsite location we had booked no one was there to check in with. I immediately called the number listed on the site where Christina put me on hold for over 30 mins then hung up. We finally found the office location where we encountered Christina and tried to check in. While checking in my mom informed her how excited she was to take her grandkids to the beach for the first time. She then immediately accused my mother of trying to hide the fact that we had kids and started yelling and belittling her in front of other guest. I have never seen anything like that before and found her extremely unprofessional and crude. We were unaware that this location was a «romantic «hotel and had no problem booking a different hotel. But to be treated so poorly is unacceptable. It was our first time in Lincoln City, and it will definitely be our last. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I can only hope she doesn’t treat everyone like this

Don’t waste your money. Regular hotel room with a view but that is all you get. There are far better prices for comparable rooms.
Only source of heat is a fireplace with no thermostat. The redeeming factor was of course the gentleman who helped us into a different room at a better location.

Beautiful, intimate, immaculate. This location makes for a very romantic get away. Be sure to try Macadangdangs nearby.
