We didn’t eat here, but came by just for the video games. I didn’t have the problems others did with the machines eating quarters(only lost 1), and most seemed to be working fine. A really nice assortment of 90’s era games that took me back to my favorite arcade days and was a lot of fun.

I sat at the bar on a Friday night at 9:45pm and ordered the fish n chips. I waited patiently thinking it’s taking a while because it was dead inside and the bartender seemed to be the only employee there. 10:25, I asked for my food. THEBARTENDERFORGOTTOPUTTHEORDERIN.

Plenty of games and beers. There isn’t a lot of rotation in the games it seems, but that might be harder to do out on the coast. I don’t think they had cocktails last time I went, but they were working on it. Would have given this more stars if they had more fighting games as that is what I miss most about the arcades of the 80’s and 90’s.It’s great when people put in money and you beat them at something. Unlike a lot of other barcades I have been to, they actually have food! The place doesn’t get too crowded so you are not knocking elbows with the pinball player next to you and that is nice. I stay at the coast often and I would likely go more if walking there was easier, but that isn’t the case in Lincoln City. I really recommend driving there and losing to me at Street Fighter.

One of the best vintage gaming arcades in the country. Whomever owns/runs this place cares a lot because any enthusiast who relishes quarter operated arcade gaming, particularly Golden Era 80’s through early 90’s will flip out for this one. It’s extremely well maintained, the games all give the maximum amount of lives(I think, or several/most) per credit, the lighting and music is good and the staff are all chill. You can get a nice local brew and take it to the pinball machines which are excellent. I’ve visited this a few times a month or so for about a year and they get a new pinball machine in very frequently. They also update their arcade games a lot. This is one delicious feast for the retro arcade gamer. If you’re a real hard core buff, it’s worth a long drive to get here. If you’re local, you can have a blast with any age up until like 10 or 11 when it’s adults only(my preferred hour). The food is from next door’s pizzeria unless you get bar food. It’s all pretty good but that’s not the review I’m writing for. You can definitely grab a bite there and not feel like you missed out on a decent or real meal somewhere. The pricing is a little strange for me, basically they have kind of pricey appetizers but then they have spectacular deals if you get the appetizers with a sandwich or something, then the prices are medium/low. They’ve got maybe 5 draft beers and a bunch of bottled stuff, I recall they have hard cider *on tap* which is very unusual. ABSOLUTELY recommended

Right down the road from our hotel so we decided to stop in. Good selection of pinball machines. Enjoyed playing them for some time. We didn’t eat there so no comment on that, but it was a fun atmosphere with a good selection of games. Fun place

I’m a local it’s always an awesome place to go and play some classic games especially getting out of work and having some fun, waitstaff are always friendly foods good. It’s one of the reasonably priced arcades always a quarter to 2 on the classics and 4 on some of the new ones they have a nice line of pinball machines and if you like to drink you can walk around with your beer and play some games kids get kicked out at 10:00 and then it goes to all adults from there.

I’ve been here before, the game choice is great however the games only half work maybe! Tonight the employees were new, had no idea what they were doing, all the change machines were broken, pizza place next door they are connected too screwed us out of $ 20 and no one helped at either business. This was a terrible experience. I’ve been here an hour and can’t play any games

Went here during a trip to Lincoln City with my husband for our 6 year anniversary. We had a ton of fun it was chill and laid back and the bartenders were so nice to us. Plus they have a really good choices for beer on tap. Some of the arcade machines were broken but that didn’t really bother me probably from drunken customers spilling their beer on the machines when they know they’re not supposed to bring their drinks into the arcade area lol :-) I also really like the lighting it’s like an electric blue kind of set the mood for fun :-)

If you are starving and its after 9pm then eat here.(cause pretty much everything in Lincoln City is closed on a Sunday night). Hamburger looks like the patty was at the very bottom of a freezer… You know… That pasty grey color. This place is nothing more than an arcade place that happens to serve ‘food’ on the side. McDonalds would serve a better hamburger.

We took our boys with us to eat here during lunchtime. We had pizza and nachos. Employees were friendly, food was basic and gameplay was amazing! We had a blast! Especially playing rogue pac man. My son even lost a tiny action figure here and when we returned one of the staff members had found it and happily reunited the two. I would highly recommend this place for family fun.

Awesome place, seriously. This joint has beer, pizza(until 9), bar food, video games and pinball machines. The owners seem to have many of the 80’s favorites with 5 lives(instead of the standard 3), which makes them a lot more fun, especially if your skills are rusty after 30+ years. Popeye, PacMan, 3 Donkey Kong games, Star Wars, Missile Command, Mortal Kombat, and the list goes on. Great selection with most games taking between .25-.50 cents to play. Lots of fun and Morgan on Mon/Wed nights is great to chat with at the bar. Wonderful time!

Came here on a Sunday night with the friends from Portland. This place is SO cute! I love arcade games! It’s fun to go to the beach, but when we went it was a little cloudy and sprinkly. This place is nice because when you have bad weather you can still have some fun indoors and have a beer while you’re at it. The food is good(I’ve been drinking so I don’t truly know; can’t complain). The arcade games take quarters, that’s kind of expensive to me, since I know in town they have a nickel arcade, it can get spendy because some games take a few coins.

Game Over was a fun little gem in Lincoln City we found during a recent trip. It has a decent amount of games, ranging from Pac-Mac to Street Fighter, so it’s fun for all ages. And, in addition to the unique selection of games, you can also purchase a fine beverage(wine or beer only, no hard liquor) while you’re playing. Kids can go in until 9:00 p.m. I believe it was, possibly 10:00 p.m., but non-the-less, late night is adult’s night but kids are allowed. You can buy a pizza or other dinning items on their menu. There are a couple of TV’s for sports entertainment, or other cable television shows, and their staff is very nice and courteous. I have already recommended this place to a friend, and would do so again.

Came here to kill some time while spending a couple of days at the coast. The arcade was alright. There were a handful of games that were out of order. I had several machines eat my quarters!!! No game play, are you kidding me?!? On the up side, it’s not super packed like other video arcades I’ve been too! No kids running around. My love had a blast playing games he grew up with. They have a wall of pinball machines which he really enjoyed. I noticed there were several pacman machine, or duplicate games which is fine. Although some new games would be great too! Overall it’s clean, and if you don’t have a machine that eats your quarters you’ll have a good time! Dig-dug, pacman, terminator, mortal kombat OG, street fighter, Jurassic park, burger time, frogger, guitar hero, mrs. pacman, and much more

This place is the perfect marriage between classic arcade games and a bar. We stumbled upon this place on a road trip down the Oregon Coast and wow — so glad we did. Owner Chris Donner has a collection he rotates regularly in this hidden gem. Does the arcade not have that Mortal Kombat you have been dying to play? Just ask. I’m sure it will be there next time you are in. They have all the classics you remember from your childhood and a great selection of rare, valuable pinball machines. Plus who can go wrong with drinking a little PBR while battling each other in 4 person Pac Man! There is a dining area in the back serving up bar-style food, including pizza! Lots of TVs also make this place an excellent way to spend your football weekend(which is something my husband and I love to find). NOTE: All ages are welcome from open until 9pm, and then the arcade becomes 21+ until close.

This place is totally bad ass. They have all the old arcade games I remember from my youth. ghostbusters, ninja turtles, ghosts n goblins, asteroids, etc. There is also air hockey, darts, and pool. This a great place to grab a beer and be entertained for a few shiny quarters at a time. A pint of Coors light is a little more expensive than I think it should be, but not too bad for coastal prices. I didn’t try the food, but I hope to on my future visit.

The first thing I noticed besides the amazing selection of arcade games, is that the place is very clean and updated. The service is great as well. Food selection is great(they also partner with the pizza place next door). Beer selection is awesome too. Its a great place to have fun without the drama. Gave me a lot of ideas for my future bar.

My husband and I spent a Saturday night here recently while staying in Lincoln City and we had so much fun. They have my favourite — pinball — plus air hockey and racing games from Hang On to Batman, and all the classics like PacMan, Donkey Kong, Qbert, Burger Time, etc. The husband loved getting into the Star Wars machine, yes, of course he did. We are the video game generation. In between blowing quarters on the machines, we had some beer and pizza, which comes from Gallucci’s pizzeria next door.(I am still confused as to whether you can carry your beer around the arcade area.) We ordered the«Dirty Bird» pizza, which is a chicken pizza simply infused with garlic — if you like delicious food that repels vampires, this is the one for you. I would have thought this place had been here forever because they had all the old arcade games, but it turns out they just opened last year. I dare say I liked Game Over better than the barcade in Portland because it more spacious and less crowded. But I think it’s cool that Oregonians are bringing back arcades, because they’re all but extinct in most places. Classic arcade + grown-up drinks = bonus *coin explosion* ding ding!
