Sheffield Lake, OH
Called order in at 6:56 and was told our food would be here in 45 mins. Called after an hour and they said it was on the way, knowing the location is literally around the corner from our hotel. It has now been a half hour past the time I called… so we called again stating it has been an hour and a half and the manager said internet time does not reflect the time correctly. The problem is why is the food still not here? We like Pizza Hut but have repeated issues with this location. Will not return. Terrible service! Rant over, lol

By far my family’s favorite pizza place for delivery. Our orders are almost always on time, their drivers are courteous, and the food is enjoyable.

The staff here was excellent. We tried the new pizza with the twisted bread stick crust. It was delicious. It was a random stop on a long drive but solid nonetheless. I’d definitely stop again if I’m driving through Lima and have a craving for a slice of pizza.
