Staff member hung up in my face after being on hold. I called back and the office was closed. Shame on them. However the doctors are good.

All I got to say is I went to Dr Boutte for the smart lipo with fat transfer to the buttock(yes to get a BOOTY) and lemme tell you, 2 months later, my body is banging. I have been getting compliments and stuff. I look so much better in my jeans and a nice wrap dress. LOVINIT! I went for my 2 month check up this past Friday and the doctor told me the final results would be at the 6 month point but maaan. The fat is still adapting and growing spreading out… With all the attention I’m getting now… whew! .Life can’t be better on thte dating scene. I am so excited and happy I went ahead and did it. She really cares about results she even customized my look now I got a shelf and then some. LOL. Real happy ;-)

After a skin cancer screening I had at Première about five months ago, I returned today to make a mole removal appointment. I was told that the Dr I saw only five months back was no longer with them, and that if I wanted my moles removed I would have to pay $ 70 just for another office visit. Again this is on top of the $ 95 I had already spent having them accessed in August. Money wasted, to no fault of my own! I mean Really?! I honestly didn’t mind seeing the new Dr but to tell me that although they had my information, the previous Dr didn’t document which moles needed to be removed is not only extremely unprofessional, but if true, is not my fault! I should not have been asked to pay money I’d already paid for a service already performed because of the negligence of the office. Needless to say my moles and I walked out of there never to return.

DONOTUSETHISPRACTICE. I find their services to be adequate enough. They will make you wait a long time to be seen and when you go to the back there is an additional wait .That is not by any means my problem with them. The problem is they have horrible customer service and their Office Staff is USELESS. I have had 2 bad experiences with them all due to Billing. 1. My daughter had a visit and i received a separate lab bill for the visit. I paid the bill and would you believe I received a collection notice several months later. I contacted the collection agency with my receipt in hand and they apologized and removed me from their files. I kept my receipt just in case anyway. 2. Against my better judgment I went back for a visit. THEYDONOTCHECKWITHYOURINSURANCEASTHEYCLAIM. They claimed I owed them $ 250 because I had not met my deductible. This was not true but of course I would be REFUSEDSERVICE if I did not pay. I paid them and 2 weeks later my EOB came back that I owed them $ 24. That is quite a difference between $ 24 and $ 250. This visit took place in June 2011. It is now Nov 2011 and I am still fighting with them to get my refund. They continually tell me they are refunding my money but do not. I am currently on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to their office manager. I have made numerous calls and visits to their office in a attempt to get my money refunded. BEWAREOFTHEM, ONCETHEYHAVEYOURMONEYITISHARDTOGET A REFUND. I am at my wits end as to what to do to get my money refunded. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this doctor and I feel it is my Civic duty to warn as many people as possible about this practice. I wish someone had let me know, maybe I could have avoided this Nightmare

After turning 30, my skin changed. I always had flawless skin until then and was distraught about having to wear more makeup to cover the new flaws. I made an appointment here and was comforted by the doctor, who suggested 2 ways to remedy the problem: prescriptions or facial products from the adjacent salon. I chose the facial products. The result was expensive(very much opposed by my hubby at the time), but it worked. I no longer have to use base, if at any makeup at all. I went back 6 weeks later for a follow up and another skin problem, and was given a sample, which I’m still working with. My hubby was so impressed with the results, he started pointing out other skin flaws(to my surprise/sadness) that he thought could be addressed. The docs and salon staff are extremely helpful, but the wait for an appointment is as long as 45 minutes even if you arrive on time, which is why this place gets 4 stars. My time is just as important as their time, so I should not have to wait that long to be seen. I’ll still be back though.
