For a long time my wife has been trying to get me to switch to Dr. Schecter (her doctor) at Total Care and dump the rip off medical clinic that I have been going to. Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Schecter.
When, oh when, will I learn to listen to that beautiful woman of mine more promptly?!?
Dr. Schecter is one of those rare gems in medicine that takes a genuine interest in the patient. He may be running a bit late for your appointment but that’s only because he actually spends the time to have a conversation with his patients instead of «talking to them». He is, without a doubt, the most personable, professional, caring, and understanding physician that I have come across in many years.
As far as I am concerned, I will not see another general doctor, for as long as Dr. Schecter is practicing.

Dr. Schecter is such a great doc. Very nice and knowledgeable. He has been treating me with acupuncture for lower back pain and I always feel so much better after. I have tried chiropractors in the past but this is so much more effective.
