Beware of this company! Owner is a degrading feminist who talks down to all his employees and also charges his rates and price at multiple times the amount as other respectful companies. They will have a technician with no experience go out on his own and start doing treatments. Uses chemicals in wrong specified measured amounts in water ratio and square footage. Owner talks down to women. Owner was also caught at a Males Club Dressed like women. Was dressed in drag and also soliciting himself to other men. Owner also has been observed doing random sex acts with men at stop lights and major intersections in his vehicle. Stray away from here!

Stopped into the store to purchase something to get rid of ants around my house. Cheryl was very helpful with choosing the proper chemicals, and she offered a lot of great advice to keep future issues from getting out of hand. The staff is a wealth of knowledge that really should be utilized. She even offered to have one of their technicians come to my house to do the work on the same day. Overall a great experience.

a big thanks to pip. i had several estimates to have my house tented for termites. however, what made choose pip was the fact they could treat my house for termites without tenting & still warranty it with a liquid treatment! with tenting there is a process of prepping your home. not to mention, having to leave for 2 – 3 days. when you have children & animals what an big inconvenience tenting can be. i didn’t even have to leave my house while they were treating. the technician was very professional & insightful from start to finish. the ladies in the office were nice & walked me through the process. i have & would continue to recommend pip to family & friends…

If you like predatory sales tactics, scams and being ripped off then this place is for you. Buyer beware. I can’t believe they are still licensed to do business based on the number of better business bureau complaints that have been filed with them.
So much for trying to support a local business. I may not get my money back but hopefully have helped someone on here avoid a similar experience.

I went into the store to buy pest control for roaches. They sold me an $ 80 bottle of liquid which seemed expensive. I read the label when I got home and it said it was for flies. I researched it on the internet and not only was it only for flies but only cost $ 20! When I called them on the phone they told me I was a fool and hung up. I drove to the store 30min later and they would not return it without a restocking fee!
