I manage some properties for an investor and I was getting together some pest control estimates. Louis Vasquez followed up and I explained to him that we had already contracted a company to work with but I appreciated him following up with me anyway. he raised his voice to me and told me that he was the owner of the company and that I should have called him because he could have lowered his prices. I thanked him again but the company we contracted had prices that were half of what he offered me. He then called me a «stupid ass» and hung up the phone. Yeah… that’s not how you win people over!
