I stop into Mr G’s a few times a month. The service is always very good. They treat you to fresh popped popcorn while you’re waiting for any of your food or to get another beer. I recommend the chicken cordon bleu sandwich and also the fried pepper rings. If you’re looking for some good sports talk and watching the game you can’t beat this place. They serve Catskill brewery beer which is cool also.

Traveling through and decided to stop here for some local fare.
I had the Roscoe beer which smelled a bit funky/​skunky probably because they don’t clean their lines.
I had the Cuban which was quantity over quality for sure. They had the cheese, pickles, and mustard, but something was wrong with ham. Why didn’t I say anything you ask? I’m just tired and want to get on the road.

Great food, friendly service at 8:00 on a Friday night. Servers were all attentive, cowboy burger and Mexican burger were great. High quality ingredients were noticeable with everything we ordered.

Cheesy small town décor, perfect! Small crowd, one waitress; could get slow with any crowd. Plenty of big screens to occupy your time.
Cowboy burger was good.
Sweet potato fries were excellent.
Pork speidies were excellent.
Macaroni salad not so much.
We would go back.
