Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

What has happened to my neighborhood Orange Leaf? First, I love O.L. this location is in a very busy area near Fayette Mall,.tons of shopping, theatre, etc. we always enjoy going, sitting outside and enjoying ourselves however, this place was filthy. I literally stuck not only to the floor inside but to the concrete outside. CLEAN!!! Pressure wash the concrete. The outdoor seating badly needs replaced, the indoor seating is torn, scuffed and just looks dirty. We will switch to the Palomar location and see if it’s any better. Something is going on, new owners? Old owner doesn’t care anymore? This is not typical in fact I was shocked and two others sitting on the patio outside said this place is dirty.

yogurt is great and price/​toppings are good. This is a kids place. I luckily had my three kids there but had I not had kids, I would feel out of place. The décor is very juvenile. It is a place that needs to be cleaned more often that it was due to the amount of children + ice cream.

There was a frozen yogurt place that I used to visit all of the time when I lived in Chicago, but in they year and a half I’ve been in Lexington, I hadn’t visited one yet. Last night my cravings were too much so I swung by here with my husband!
The place is bright and friendly with lots of seating options. If it had been warmer, we probably would have stayed out on the nice patio. (We tried and failed after five minutes.) There is a large number of rotating yogurt flavors and sample cups you can use to try them all. I love the idea of the dividers they had for the yogurt sitting out! My husband was disappointed that there weren’t more tart flavors, particularly the tart Euro or plain yogurt that seems to be a staple at these places. This didn’t bother me at all because I gravitate towards sweeter flavors (as evidenced by me ending up with salted caramel and birthday cake, yum!).
The toppings bar has a great variety of options. I would like to have seen hot caramel or melted marshmallow sauces available; I had to settle for only hot fudge.
The cashier was very friendly and told us about the rewards program where you get $ 1 in rewards for every $ 10 you spend.
I’m so happy to finally have a frozen yogurt place in Lexington! My rewards card and I will be back in the near future.

I had the birthday white chocolate strawberry combo. It was actually pretty good. I have to say I do love their spoons they remind me of a shovel! Lol. The cashier was friendly and the store was clean. Great selection of flavors and topping bar as well.

I love Orange Leaf! There are always new flavors being tried out, the fruit is fresh and from local farms, the place is always clean, and the staff is super friendly. Each month there’s a new flavor you can try, and seasonally you can catch things like pumpkin or peppermint.
Suggestions: Sign up for the reward card to earn cash that you can apply towards future purchases. Stop by the cashier area to pick up a sample cup or two so you can try out a couple of flavors before you decide. During the summer, there’s also outside seating if you can snag it before someone else.

Thank you Orange Leaf for bringing the current frozen yogurt craze to Lexington! This is a great location. It’s conveniently located near the mall, always clean, and offers plenty of flavor options. There are sample cups you can grab to try different flavors before filing up your cup. The employees won’t bother you if you want to try two or even three! My favorite flavor is cheesecake. The only downside is that they don’t have the tart flavor that the other froyo place nearby has.

Great flavors soooo refreshing on a 90 degree day like today. BlackBerry Greek and cheesecake swirl Oh my my I will sleep good tonight :) happy face. This is fast and easy close to Walmart you can do your shopping and ease over real quick for a pick me up.

Being so close to the mall, I think that this location is the busiest of all the local OLs. I was there last week, near closing time and was rushed to leave… rude. So, I went to my car and ate my froyo and watched as they finished up.
They often have seasonal, rotating flavors but you can always sample any flavor you want to.

Words cannot describe how much I miss this place.
It’s pretty simple: grab a cup, fill it with the yogurt (s) of your choice, get the toppings, weigh cup, pay for it and enjoy!!!
My favorite are the boba balls (look like giant caviar). They rock!!!

Great place. They have some regular flavor, but alternate some flavors. I really like their mango and orange. I’m always excited to come here, but it is pricey for the amount you get.

My favorite yogurt shop. Their fruit flavors are really good, I especially like the coconut. It is a little pricey but for the quality I think it’s more than worth it.
I never get toppings on yogurt, so no comment there.

So I went back to Lexington for a visit recently, and it seems frozen yogurt has taken the city by storm.
This place is just downright amazing. Self-​serve frozen yogurt with a topping bar. So many flavors and combinations to choose from… I could have wandered around for awhile figuring out what the hell I wanted.
Finally I decided on the cake batter and brownie batter twist with rainbow sprinkles, and I was not disappointed. In fact, it was SO good, that we went back again the next day before we left Lexington.
YUM YUM YUM. I wish they had one in Allentown!

I know it’s frozen yogurt and not Ice cream but the flavor was kinda bland. But all of the topping choices made up for it! So skimp on the ice cream and load up on the toppings!

Great yogurt flavor selection, but the toppings bar is where they lose me. Canned pineapple and mandarin oranges? I’d understand if it was the dead of winter, but its the peak of summer and the fruit is not fresh (I’ve been several times and always had that problem). And, no mochi. I’d rather go to Menchie’s just a half mile away, especially when this location has a line around the building.

I have only been to this location. What I can say is that the yogurt is flavorful and the toppings are varied. What I can’t say is that the price is generous. It is tasty, but at the end of the day, it is yogurt. This place must make a killing. Coach Cal makes more money off this place than he does off the university.
I will still take my smiling wife. And appreciate it. The price model just takes some adjusting.

Great variety, great atmosphere, great yogurt, great everything. I’m normally pretty wordy, but that sums it up more than adequately.

Had my first bowl and it was great. I honestly think I like it better than ice cream! I prefer fruit flavors, so I got strawberry and blueberry (both great). My wife opted for richer flavors, but said that they were great as well. We paid around 4 bucks a piece, but I’d prefer this over most creameries.

Simply put, if you want dessert, you should be heading over to Orange Leaf. Lots of choices of self serve (yes, self serve, get as much as you want!) frozen yogurt are only the start. Then you get to pile on the toppings, with such standard choices as chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, and fruit, but then you can jazz it up with Fruity Pebbles and Cookie Dough! A great value, a great atmosphere, and absolutely THE place to go for your cold treat needs.

The product is outstanding, great selection of yogurts and toppings, and the price is reasonable. However, the staff was less than enthusiastic when I was there (late on a Sunday afternoon) and the MANAGER (overseeing a new hire) double charged my card after assuring me it hadn’t been run twice! I didn’t go back to dispute the charges because I highly doubted their ability to refund them. My advice? Pay in cash.

Forget the ice cream places or having dessert with your meal at a restaurant… GO HERE! It’s awesome and never quite the same experience for your mouth! I love it. The other ice cream places will probably never see me again. And it’s open til 10!!!
