Their location is very conveniet, their staff is friendly, and many of the yogurt flavors are very good. Lexington has a lot of frozen yogurt places with the same set-up, and Fro-Jo’s has more limited toppings available than any other that I’ve been to and the environment isn’t as inviting or comfortable as their competition. I didn’t try the coffee, so I can’t comment on that aspect of their business.

Love this place! Froyo tasted right, price is very cheap! Ask for a reward punch card you get a free fro yo after certain amount of visits!

This is your typical frozen yogurt shop. I’m definitely a fan of how they have a drive-thru! I ended up here because it was the closest froyo shop at the time & I liked the name Fro-Jo’s! For a smaller froyo shop, they have plenty of flavors to choose from. I went with strawberry & dark chocolate. The strawberry was among the best froyo I’ve tried. The chocolate seemed too sweet! They have tons of toppings… & they’re labeled! I go to so many froyo shops where they don’t label things. I did like that they have kiwi flavored things on the toppings bar. Those little air bubble boba things… they had kiwi! They even had some type of kiwi whipped cream! I’m not entirely sure if it was whipped cream but it was in one of those whipped cream spray type cans. The only bad thing to say about this place is that it’s smaller than your typical froyo shop. I can’t imagine a large group fitting in this location. There was only one employee in there on a Saturday afternoon. The addition of the drive-thru with one employee in a cramped space… I’d hate to see this place extremely busy.

This place is great and much better than the big chain Fro Yo places. I mean I wouldn’t kick the other places out of bed for eating crackers, but I try to support the lil dogs. This is a really small shop between Target by Fayette Mall and Lexington Green. They have lots of toppings and many different typical flavors to chose from. The place has been super clean both times I have stopped in here. The staff is always chatty and friendly. I do wish they would find some more adventurous flavors, but good fro yo none the less. Don’t get me wrong. I love me some frozen Yogurt, but being in Texas and Asia for a bit I am not a fan of the normal fro yo flavors anymore. I am completely tired of regular chocolate, vanilla, peanut butter, etc. I miss my Avocado, Ube, or even Peach/Habanero.

I had the pineapple upside down cake frozen yogurt. I’m going to get the birthday cake frozen yogurt next time! It was really really good! I love that they have little sample cups so you can taste all of the yogurt before you buy it. My only complaint is that the cups are HUGE so its hard to eyeball a serving. The topping bar is phenomenal though I don’t get toppings.

Have driven past this place for years and never knew it was similar to Orange Leaf. The chocolate frozen custard is amazing. Plenty of toppings to choose from. Not a lot of seating. Friendly, older staff the day we went. I’ll be back.

Fro-Jo has a couple of advantages over the other frozen yogurt places in town: the widest assortment of toppings and a water cooler with complimentary water in paper cups. Chocolate makes me thirsty, so it’s nice not to have to shell out an additional $ 1.50 or so for a bottle of water. The yogurt is good(but not the best)-always the right consistently when I have been here. This is my friends’ favorite frozen yogurt shop, so I have been here quite a few times. The service is friendly too!

I heard a lot of good things about Fro-Jo’s through the Unilocal grapevine. When some friends of mine were visiting from out of town and craving something sweet, I suggested we check this place out. It was a good excuse since fro-yo is not my preferred sweet(I’m a macaroon type of girl) and I wasn’t sure how often I’d have a chance to try Fro-Jo’s. The good: — Plenty of flavor options to choose from. All of them delicious! — Sample cups so you can try before you buy. — Plenty of toppings, too… candy, cereals, chocolates, fruits, etc. — Good location near Lexington Green Mall, although slightly awkward drive into the lot. — Loyalty punch card. Buy 7, get one free. I can only think of two cons: — Incredibly small interior, not friendly for large groups. — The price per oz of fro-yo is not posted anywhere. Or I’m blind. I had to ask the woman behind the counter(after my jaw dropped at my higher-than-expected bill) what the price was. It was something like $.68 per oz. Eek. Pretty pricey. Keeping Fro-Jo’s on my radar. It isn’t the best fro-yo place I’ve been to, but it’s pretty darn good. Glad I checked this place off my list!

I’ve made special trips to have this yogurt. I actually tasted this wonderful yogurt at Freedom Fest and found it to be the best yogurt I ever tasted. You serve yourself, after tasting anything you want in small cups at no charge. Warning please be careful you will want some of every flavor to take home. Small store, nice people on staff to answer questions.

Excellent yogurt, good variety of flavors and toppings at an affordable price. I can often get a reasonable amount of yogurt with a couple of toppings for $ 3.00-$ 4.00 They are also open fairly late, making it very convenient for a late night snack. EDIT: I forgot to mention that they have a drive through, which was unexpected. I have yet to try that, I typically just go inside.

fro-Jo is better than the other similar yogurt shops in town! Price seems to be more reasonable too.

They have 14 different flavors and lots of toppings to choose from. I likes the strawberry and California tart froyo flavors. Would love to see more fresh fruit toppings. They also have a drive-thru. They also have outdoor and indoor seating so it’s a nice place to hang out. It’s also next to a mall, target, whole foods, and the Hilton Suites.

This is the best froyo place in Lexington. The other places around town might look snazzy, but Fro-Jo tastes the best and is most affordable(their peanut butter is SOGOOD!). At other frozen yogurt shops I always think, «wow, this is $ 5 worth!?» but at Fro-Jo I’m always pleasantly surprised it ISN’T costing me $ 5. My only complaint is that they use styrofoam containers. Really??? It’s 2014…

Fro-Jo’s is our favorite yogurt shop. In my opinion they have the best frozen yogurt in town and we love the variety of toppings they offer. My only complaint is for them to bring back their old sprinkles. The old ones tasted so much better and added flavor to the yogurt. The new sprinkles taste chalky and hurt the way the yogurt taste. I know that sounds picky but I’m a big sprinkle person and the old sprinkles were the best ones in Lexington.

We almost always go there when we are in the area. They have a good selection of frozen yogurts, and toppings. On Fridays, they have a live band outside. The place is walking distance to Whole Foods, Anthropologie, Target, and the dollar movies.

Yum. Love Fro-Jo’s. Great toppings bar, but the real treat is the yogurt. Their ever-changing seasonal flavors are always fun to sample before picking out your flavor(or combination of flavors), and they definitely have the tartest, tangiest yogurt in Lexington. Combine that with great student deals and a 100% local pair of owners, and this place is a winner. The only complaint I have ever encountered is that they are too popular and there sometimes isn’t room to sit down and enjoy your yogurt.

I prefer Fro-Jo’s over Orange Leaf.

Still a favorite. Every time I am in Lexington I treat myself to a nice helping batch of Fro-Jo’s. These guys have set the bar so high for me, that every other frozen yogurt place just doesn’t add up. In fact, since my first rambling review, they have improved on the topping bar and only gotten better. If I could add an extra star I would. Still cheap, delicious, and great. If you haven’t been, what are you waiting for? Thanks Fro-Jo’s!
