O’Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Just got the worst service ever. I normally don’t have a problem with the service. But the last two times I have went are just uncomfortable an uncalled for. Having to wait for longer than 15 minutes on a glass of tea an rolls is just wrong. An then attitude for the waitress is enough for me to never return to this Richmond Road location…

My husband and I enjoyed our meal The service is pretty good too. I had the honey drizzled fried chicken. Good and tender. My husband had a classic cheeseburger. He said it was good

I was surprised. Walked in the door to an odd smell and almost left. But had a truly sweet server and what turned out to be a great grilled chicken salad I left happy!

It might say on the door they open at 11, but that isn’t the case. Lost this customer today.

Excellent service. Steak was prepared perfectly. Chicken tenders were cooked exactly right. Fries were a little cooler than I would have liked. One of the best O’Charley’s restaurants I’ve been to — and I’ve been to quite a few.

The commercials that you see on TV about the «Prime Rib» looks awesome but what actually comes on your plate looks nothing like that and not that tasty either :(

I ordered kind of lightly when I came here for lunch around 2. Of course it was very slow and super quiet. With that being said, out of the whole empty restaurant and sections opened, I was sat beyond closely to two women catching up, which was super awkward. I didn’t want to ask for a different area because that would’ve been rude, we were that close. So instead, I learned all about their jobs and their personal lives. Great way to spend my lunch alone.
I ordered the cheesy potato soup, and like always it was amazing!!! Lyndsey, my waitress, was very sweet! She came and checked on me frequently, and didn’t exactly rush me, but I could see that she kind of wanted to «flip» her tables and get customers out of there asap, just like any other server.
I also ordered dessert and got the French silk pie. It wasn’t that good. I was thinking I want chocolate but the pie was only chocolate a bit and you could really taste the cream, which was probably the biggest French part. So it was okay. Overall, good service! I’ll definitely be back.

I have been to many O’Charleys and this is the best location. The staff was friendly, the food was hot and delicious, and we really felt welcome from the time we entered the building. There are other choices on this street but none compare to the O’Charley’s on richmond road.

Food is good, fairly cheap, great happy hour specials and most importantly, close to my house!

Many different selections… Was in town visiting my boyfriend who had just been there a couple weeks for work. We were just driving around cause we had no idea where or what to eat. Stopped in to try this place out and can i say amazing!!! I had the French Dip and it was so fantastic… probably the best I’ve ever had… he had the steak and salmon. hes never had salmon and didn’t like it much but i thought it tasted great! He loved the steak and thought it was great that the waiter had stood there to make sure the steak was cooked to his liking. I would go back to eat here in a heartbeat.

Worst brunch EVER! Eggs were so greasy they weren’t edible, chicken was burned and waffles have no flavor. We had to keep asking for coffee refills then cream to go with it… The place wasn’t busy enough to not have proper service. Maybe brunch isn’t really their thing

Ive been to this location 5 times now. Which is plenty enough times to know that Im going to be happy when I come back the 6^th. Though I do make a habit of having either the Prime Rib Pasta or the actual Prime Rib. For that matter I nearly always have the Deep Fried Pickle Chips. Then again I always get the Blue Cheese Salad Wedge. My point? Well the point is this place has some of my favorite meal options. Duh right! The service has always been good and everything is above par in general. So go ahead, give it a go.

The food was wonderful, especially the potato soup and BBQ ribs. Our waiter was helpful and pleasant. A very friendly manager checked on us while we dined. Over all it was very enjoyable and the prices were consistent with other restaurants in the area.
