HIGHY RECOMMEND! What a little gem of a place this is! So happy to have had a thorough consult with owner Mary who was honest and sincere about her recommendations for my concerns. After receiving one of the treatments of my plan, I am thrilled with the results already. I will check back at the end for the result but I believe I will continue with a maintenance program and take advantage of monthly specials ! I had a fabulous dermabrasion with Katie and a makeup consult that was perfection. They have the ultimate in skincare and makeup as well. I was also impressed with the reception I received and email confirmations of upcoming appointments. I read a recent reviewer, Robert, and I can only say that Mary had been ill recently and he missed the message of cancellation. His review does not reflect sincerely on the business as a whole.

Rude and inconsiderate. As a new client I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance. When I showed up yesterday I was told that Mary was out sick. No one called me, and the receptionist didn’t seem too concerned. Said «hope you didn’t drive too far». Well, yes I did– An extra hour of my time in rush hour traffic. A place that isn’t concerned about a client’s time is not a place that deserves my business.

I’ve just completed laser treatments and can say with confidence that LaDerm is a great place to receive services. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the procedure to you — the first appointment can run over an hour as she covers all aspects of laser hair removal. There is no «conveyor belt» atmosphere here — Mary took time in each session to check in and ask how I was doing. The results are in and they are spectacular! I had been thinking about doing this for years, and finally summoned up the courage to do something about it. Mary was my champion — encouraged me and laughed along with me. Don’t be fooled — upper lip treatments can be painful! But Mary is a pro — and working with me, got through them in no time. If you been thinking about laser hair removal — go see Mary now!

Recently started going to LeDerm. I have been to many Med Spa’s in my day and this lovely place is by far the best. Mary the owner is wonderful! She is honest and doesn’t try to push you into anything. She educates you on everything that she is doing to do. I have had both Botox and Fillers and have been extremely happy with the results. I have also had a facial here before and it was incredible! The entire staff is wonderful. If you have ever thought about having Botox or cosmetic fillers and are a little nervous about it, go see Mary! They also do Laser treatments and permanent makeup (the next thing I will be doing!!) My only regret is that I didn’t find this place sooner.

I can’t say enough great things about LeDerm. From the knowledgeable and friendly staff, to the comfortable and homey atmosphere, I don’t think I could have found a better place for my first experience with laser hair removal. I have had 6 treatments with LeDerm to-​date, and am close to finishing with my laser hair removal services. The owner, Mary, has done all of my treatments. She has been incredibly professional and personable, and goes out of her way to make me feel at ease. I have been very pleased with the outcome of the services and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LeDerm to anyone looking for laser hair removal services.

I have had a few microdermabrasion treatments which surpass any facial I have ever had. And I’m signed up for more. I also have had a few laser treatments and signed up for an entire program. Mary’s knowledge and customer understanding made me so comfortable trying these new treatments and I’m so glad I did.

I absolutely love this place. What a gem. LeDerm’s owner, Mary, is so knowledgeable about taking care of your skin, at any age, and especially when things begin to change as we get older. It’s important to educate yourself of what to do, and Mary will do that. LeDerm’s skin care lines and particularly the one I love Ocean+ are amazing, and all organic, which is what I look for when shopping for quality products. Every visit here is so relaxing, and the I always come out looking amazing. Love the salon’s atmosphere too, very rich and inviting. One last thing, their makeup (Jane Iradale) is one of my favorite lines too. All organic, and wonderful products.
