My husband and I had lunch here, sort of on a whim. Boy, are we glad we did! My husband has simple tastes(usually pepperoni only) whereas I like to be a tad more adventurous. So we each got our own pizzas. He stuck with his pepperoni, I got a pepperoni, red onion, jalapeño and feta(my favorite!) build-your-own. Fast, efficient, friendly service! And the food is DELICIOUS! We had barely left before we started craving more! Our only regret is that there’s not a location in our town.

Great lunch spot for hospital & campus area! Get there early because it does get busy. Has always been very clean. I am also always super impressed by the attention to detail paid to customers(like myself) requiring gluten free crust. All employees change their gloves, use a different set of tongs, and a different pizza cutter for gluten free crusts. I always order the«build your own» and am never disappointed. There are so many things to choose from — various cheeses, meats, veggies and sauce. I highly recommend getting half regular and half spicy sauce for a little kick, oh, and don’t forget to get the pesto drizzle after the pizza is fired. Additionally there are shakers with crushed red pepper, Parmesan cheese, and Italian spices beyond the drink machine — don’t forget to check that station out. If you are counting calories, go online before your visit and build your pizza to for your needs. There are six slices once cut — trust me, you will want to eat it all, so allow for that! The pizza in my pic was only 650 for the whole thing!

This place wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t amazing either. I got the red vine pizza, which is your basic margherita, and watched as the«pizza artists» fixed it up behind the glass. It looked pretty good, but when I finally got to eat it there just wasn’t a whole lot going on. Even with some cheese and seasoning, there wasn’t a whole lot of flavor. The crust was OK, I guess, but it looked like it would be much better as I watched them toss it. It was super thin and there just wasn’t much to it at all. I feel like I would have gotten a better bargain buying some Totino’s pizzas for $ 1. I guess I’d go back if I was hungry and there wasn’t anything better to eat in the area, but eh.

Fantastic! I really enjoyed eating here. It’s quick, but great quality and has variety of toppings at a really affordable price! Plus VEGANCHEESE! You can’t really beat $ 7.95 for a build your own unlimited topping, 11″ wood fired pizza.

Excellent food and service. I wanted a salad with no cheese. They’re premade and even though I offered to just pick the cheese out, the lady insisted on making a fresh one for me. EVERYONE was so nice and accomodating. Pizza was delicious and fast! Highly recommended.

Really great pizza, toppings are fresh and plentiful. It’s basically the Chipotle for pizza. The s’mores pie was delicious as well, and you must try the blood orange lemonade. Really great atmosphere. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in downtown in a while.

A build-your-own pizza that is ready in 5 minutes? What else is there to ask for? After hearing great things about Blaze a friend and I needing a quick dinner decided to check it out last night. There are a ton of topping options & all the calorie-counts are listed, making it easier to make healthy(ier) choices. Pizza crust preference is very dependent on the individual, but if you are a thin crust fan Blaze is a must-try!

I have been to Blaze a handful of times since it opened, and each time has been better than the last! Somehow, they are incredibly well-staffed and every employee is extremely friendly and kind. In the time I sat to eat half of my pizza, two employees came to ensure my meal was correct. Very impressed. The food itself is delicious, especially for such a good price! There’s nothing like a oven-fired pizza, and Blaze lets you customize it however you want. They have an array of toppings, including so many great meats and cheeses! They also have gluten-free options and vegan cheese, which has been a hit with my vegan and gluten-free friends. Their Blood Orange Lemonade is delicious too, although too much might be too sour to handle! Overall, nothing negative to say for a customizable $ 7.95 pizza. I will definitely be returning soon!

A group of us came here as an executive board bonding experience. This was my first time here even though my friend raves about this place back home in Florida all the time. For $ 7.95 you can build your own pizza with any type of sauce and unlimited toppings. These personal pizzas can last 2 meals for me. The workers are super friendly and patient with all the customers. After building your pizza, they bake it and it comes out really fast. Even with a group of us, I’d say I didn’t even have to wait 10 minutes. The pizza itself is really tasty with a thin and crispy crust. The flavors and toppings really balance each other out. There’s indoor and outdoor seating with an open restaurant/kitchen feel to it. Great for people passing by to peek in and great for customers to watch their pizza being made.

When they opened I would have given them a 4, maybe 5. They were all smiles, friendly, stopped by the table, management was there always. It was great and fun. And it’s still okay, just not as good. Most of my family like green olives on their pizza. It’s my one topping fave. And they had green olives, so I kept going and took others with me. Went probaby 10 times the first 3 weeks. Then I’m about to take my parents, who both love green olives on their pizza, and they stopped having green olives. Bummer. We asked about it — they said they didn’t sell enough of them. Hmmm. Said to try the black olives. Not the same. But one of us got black olives anyway, and guess what? They were BAD, yuck. But, hey they do have coke. And it is sorta ‘fun’ as you can build your own and be really picky and say, more sauce, less sauce, more cheese, more this, more that. And it’s ready in 180 seconds! Also, they have S’mores cookies that they heat up too! Worth a go, but no green olives! Tell them I told you to ask if they have green olives ;) I ask every time just to make a point. They don’t care :(Hey, pretty soon, there will be an even better ‘build your own pizza’ place, over near Cook Out. Watch for it. And I’m told they will have GREEN olives! Can’t wait!

Really great pizza for the price and time to wait. I just got the cheese pizza, which is only $ 5 and delicious. The space is clean and orderly. The only downside is their salads are not made in house, rather, are prepackaged.

I went here today for lunch with two of my co-workers. We each ordered a build your own pizza. For $ 7.95, you can add as many toppings as you like. The staff was nice and friendly. It took three minutes to get our pizzas so this is definitely the place to go for a quick lunch. I can’t wait to bring my family. They are going to love it!

Loved this place! The pizza was delicious and we didn’t have to wait long at all even during lunch rush hour. For about $ 8 for all the toppings you want, you cannot beat the deal. The staff was friendly as well. We will be back!

It’s the«Subway» of pizza but better! Staff are very friendly! Food is made really quickly and the quality is great. Highly recommend their spicy sauce if you enjoy spice! Ingredients were fresh! Staff had nice recommendations. I’m usually picky when it comes to pizza but this place is really good. They offer a wide range of cheeses and toppings. I will definitely be coming back and highly suggest you try this place. They have Blood Orange Lemonade and its great! If they bottled this stuff I would buy it by the gallon. You won’t be disappointed!

The staff here is very friendly and efficient. The pizza is good and reasonably priced. If you like the structure of a Qdoba or Chipotle, then you’ll love the build-your-own ordering process at Blaze.

This pizza place became one of my favorite ever. It can be like a snack food, or a full meal. The bread they make is delicious and toppings are better and better.

All right so I was doing a flyering event today on UK campus and I wanted to buy a pizza from this place, for us, to eat for lunch. When I we came to this location, I found this place and I was SHOCKED! I had no idea Mad Mushroom had moved. The place of my favorite pizza, just replaced! So anyway, we decided to try this place out and at first, I was ignorant enough to ask the gal that greeted us if it was a Chinese Restaurant, kind of like Panda. She kind of explained it to us as «a chipotle pizza place». *sigh* So we tried it out, $ 7.95 for all you can top pizzas. After trying it, I found that the pizza crust was paper thin, almost like Pizza Hut’s. It was a great deal though for two pizzas, but I still thought Mad Mushroom was better. I finally found out that it actually just moved… phew. What are with all these«create your own places?» Geez people. I guess I am just a conservative foodie. If the restaurant ain’t broke do not fix it. Ahahaha

The pizza here is good! A group of us attended the grand opening of their free pizza promotion. There was a line around the block all day, so the fact that they could churn out thousands of pizzas all day, and we still got a nice pizza when we ate there at 9:30PM, I’d call that impressive! Can’t wait to return!
