Went thru the drive thru got my order but they shorted my change by 3 dollars I won’t be back

Coming in today because, I came through the late night drive thru and I was given a watery milkshake and cold greasy fries. I know that they had not fries come up because I heard the infamous deep fryer buzzer, so imagine my disappointment when I didn’t get any. It’s 11:16 and the freaking milkshake machine is being cleaned. I mean it’s lunch time with a line wrapped around the building on a hot summer day! This is utterly ridiculous. I had my taste buds ready for a creamy cold chocolate milkshake. Oh the disappointment!!!

OK, it’s McDonalds. Whatever. Take it with a grain of salt, it’s fast food. I personally really like this location simply because the people who work there (at least when I’m there) are really, really, really nice people. They’re always smiling and are very polite! That really goes a long way when you’re crying in the drive thru after your students tore your world apart and you just want to stuff a cheeseburger in your face.
Every time I’ve gotten food there, it’s always hot, it’s always fresh, and the fries burn my fingers when i try to eat them so you KNOW they just came out of the fryer (drool). There have been a couple times when I’ve gotten the wrong order and I don’t realize until I’m already back on Great Mills road. But honestly? I don’t even really mind… it provided me with a large fry one day, and I can’t actually complain.
I just have a really soft spot in my heart for this McDonald’s. Go around 3:30, 4:00pm. That seems to be a solid time for their A-​team to be working. :)

I’ve never had a problem with this location. The drive thru is usually full but it moves fast. Most of the time I go inside to order take out. At most I may have had 2 people in front of me in line. The employees are professional and the store looks clean. When I’m in the mood for Mickey D’s I will go to this location before I go to the slowest one on earth located on the Navy base.

Standard McDonalds. I used the drive-​thru for breakfast, and it was fairly slow — and I noticed that nobody in front of me was getting large orders, so that seemed strange. When I paid at the first window, the employee didn’t really acknowledge me and just handed me my money. At the second window when picking up my food, I noticed the employee there was speaking to a co-​worker — and my food was right in front of her. It took a good minute or so for her to bother to stop talking and hand me my stuff. She didn’t say anything to me, either, no «have a nice day» or even a «you’re welcome» when I said thank you.
Food was fine, but service/​treatment was terrible.
