I am a die hard Pizza Hut fan and order at least once a week and I am no longer a fan! I am appalled by the customer service. I was placing my order and something came up and said I have to call back! I have never had someone be so rude. The phone person said. Uhhhhhhg ANDHUNGUP! I do not get upset easily. I have had many orders messed up and, Complete order redos, had ingredients I love not available and still pay and order with not one complaint. But this is rediculous! I will never spend a dime of my hard earned money there again!

2 for $ 20 … Free breadsticks … Can’t beat this deal! I order takeout from this location, it’s always hot, fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly, food is served with great attitude … One of the few dine in Pizza Huts around the area. Highly recommended!

I ordered a delivery order and not only the lady that answered the phone was cheerful very helpful also. I asked what was the best deal for my money and she gave it to me. I think her name was Cody? The delivery man was here johnny on the spot with Hot & Fresh pizza and wings. Food was tasty. I will use the Pizza Hut again

Worse than a Brady Bunch rerun. At least the Bradys had Alice to cook and clean up after them which this place clearly does not. We ordered a carryout pizza about a week ago from this location because we were too lazy to make the drive to the nearest Papa Murphy’s. HUGE mistake! Lady on the phone was pleasant and the pie was ready to go at the time promised. Another dude collected our money and showed us the pizza before we took it home and it looked a little weird but thought it was ok. The problems started once we actually picked up the pie and hauled it out to our car. It felt as light as a feather as if there was not really anything substantive in the box. Again, didn’t think much of it on the two minute ride home. When we got home and opened up the box, the pie was already starting to get cold(less than three minutes after we left the restaurant) but we said WTF and started eating and wow, it tasted like it had been been baked three weeks ago and left on the shelf and then reheated just for us. The crust was a mess and the toppings were anything but fresh. We didn’t even get through half the pizza before we threw it out and called it a day. Unfortunately, some us were awakened a few hours later in the middle of the night during which we puked out the portions that we actually were able to digest, at least temporarily anyway. Avoid this Pizza Hut location at all costs. There are clearly problems in the kitchen and perhaps elsewhere which need to be addressed, especially given some of the other reviews here. If you do choose to sample the menu, at least have a Maalox or a Prilosec ready to go because you’ll need it.

Sept 30th I ordered 8 pieces of bone out chicken. I ate two pieces and noticed the texture was off and it was cold. To my horror, the chicken was raw. The customer service from the shift manager when my boyfriend went to return the food was of unconcern, no sympathy or empathy and barely a apology was given. This location has been going down for awhile with cold food and messing up orders but this was the worst!

Horrible service on the night of August 14th. The acting manager had just about the worst customer service skills I’ve ever encountered in my life. At no point did he seem apologetic or even attempt to make this awful experience right. Lost pizzas seems to be there thing. Thanks for failing us again.

this location delivers to my house and I have had problems over and over again with the online ordering. Apparently the online ordering system does not always communicate your order correctly, in my case, I ordered thin crust and the system communicated deep pan to the restaurant. When the restaurant was contacted, the first thing the person on the phone did was blame me, the customer for the error and told me that if I’m going to place an online order, to also call the restaurant. This defeats the purposed of online ordering! I don’t have to do this at dominos or anywhere else. This happened twice, Pizza Hut corporate was notified, acknoledged receipt of the issue and nothing was ever done to correct the situation.

Say what you will about Pizza Hut’s pizza, sometimes you just gotta have their buffet and with the majority of «sit down» locations closed in DFW this place ROCKS in my opinion.
