I first came to this facility a few months ago. My wife and I were greeted by Sarah, she is friendly kind and very helpful. She and her staff are good at remembering names and what your preferences are. You can tell that this place is good, in spite of it being busy, the longest I have had to wait is five minutes. The beds are always spotless and the staff will go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Also, the facility itself is very nice and well set up. The only complaint that I have is something beyond their control, and that is the limited parking near the front door. That being said, the staff will go out of their way to please you and make sure you have the best possible experience every time you go. I have used other facilities before, but this facility is by far the best place to «get down with some brown» skin that is.

I have had several tanning memberships at different salons, and I have to say this was the most pleasant sign up process ever! Sarah was helpful, polite, and informative. It’s always nice to have someone who is knowledgeable about the services and products. I am so glad I signed up at this location!

i enjoyed my experience. I am not a member but I wanted to get a little tan before going on spring break. The girl (I think her name is Sarah) was super friendly and helpful. The place is clean, people are friendly and very affordable. Keep up the good work Palm Beach Tan!

I enjoy my tanning experience. The employees here always have a smile on their faces and are trained to know the beds and their products. I am fair but not anymore. I have a nice rich tan which I worked on slowly. I use the Angel bed and have worked up to using a level 4. My color looks natural and I am often complimented. I have learned to use the products and time my tanning to stay a comfortable bronze. If you are a tanning newbie, don’t try to go from white to brown overnight or you might not like the outcome.

Well, I went to their location on Main St., but since there was no listing for that location I’ll just put the review here.
I found the salon to be spotless, the staff extremely friendly and attentive.
The Mystic Tan process is well-​explained in the video they show you, and they were very good about making sure I understood everything.
Make sure you hold your breath, though… they don’t have the nose plugs and boy that stuff tastes awful if you breathe it in!!!
