Limestone Ranch At Vista Ridge

This place has it all! A prime location, beautiful swimming pool, onsite laundry, covered parking… the list goes on. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking to locate in Lewisville, TX.

The ladies in the office are such wonderful people. I found this complex by searching Unilocal and after reading the awesome reviews we decided this was the best choice and the cheapest for being in a great neighborhood only three minutes from where we work and it’s right next to everything! We can practically walk anywhere we have to go!
The other day I received a table that I ordered and the FedEx delivery person placed it in the office, this morning I went to pick it up and they gladly offered to help me take it to my car.
When we first moved in there were a lot of problems: the pipe leading to the dishwasher leaked all over the place in the cabinet below the sink, the renters before us clogged the shower drain with a HUGE glob of hair, the light in the kitchen was all messed up and half of it was out. Every time we figured out a new problem, they fixed it the NEXT day or even the DAY OF. I actually have already recommended these apartments to a bunch of people and my boss has too after seeing how cute the single bedroom is!
Seriously fantastic. Best first experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex and there’s always a parking spot nearby!

APARTMENT COMPLEX IN GENERAL: Very well kept SUPER NEAT; really nice floor plans; gym could be better; pool really clean and nice; main office needs to be remodeled; residents are decent at least I haven’t seen «trashy» people around; quiet and pretty canal view; no robberies (there’s a very nice courtesy officer that lives in the complex).
MANAGEMENT: Very attentive and courteous. I think Sarah is doing a GREAT job as manager. She is very detail oriented and also listens to suggestions.
MAINTENANCE: I think if the management works well the maintenance crew will respond by doing their work correctly and promptly. The maintenance crew is a reflection of the management. They do a great job.
RENT RATES: Correct rates!!! Very important!
4 STARS: Gym could be better and main office needs to be remodeled. Also, in order to get internet service you need to use AT&T only and for cable Direct TV. By the way, AT&T sucks terribly!

Lived here for 4+ years. Staff very friendly. Maintenance is friendly and prompt. Love the water canal on the back of the complex with a walking path for dog owners. Love that they provide doggie bags with many designated areas for doggie doody!
Things I have a problem with include:
1. Valet Waste – This apartment complex utilizes Valet Waste Sunday-​Thursday. You can’t put out more than one bag of garbage, so basically if the trash doesn’t fit in their puny 13 gallon waste bin per door, you have to throw it away on your own. Which, by the way, is what you have to do Friday and Saturday anyway. I don’t know about you, but I don’t use that much trash during the week anyway AND our trash dumpsters are less than 100 feet away from our door anyway. This service is a waste of money and more rules enforced on it than it is worth. We have to pay $ 20 for Valet waste on top of our regular payment each month to the city. I HATE this!
2. They hook you in with an awesome rental price when you lease an apartment here, and then they raise the rent approximately $ 50 each year you renew with them.

****scorpions, Scorpions, SCORPIONS!!!***** I lived here for four years and encountered scorpions six different times. No amount of pest control was able to eliminate the problem.

Staff is awesome. Maintenance is prompt and attentive.

I lived at Limestone Ranch for about 3 years. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The apartments are nice and there are tons of 1 – 2 bedroom floor plans to choose from. I had carpet issues in the first unit I lived in and they were great at resolving my issues and in a timely manner. Very nice girls in the office and the maintenance staff is great too. There is a neat canal behind the property for walking dogs or just hanging out.
The only thing about Limestone Ranch that really bothers me is all the lazy people who don’t pick up after their dogs on the grass and the office people don’t really do anything about it but put out warning fliers. Oh well.
