Burger King

this place is still open? i know it cost more to run the place in a day than what they make in a day. so honestly, how are they open? usually the food comes out QUICK which means its NOT fresh. its been sitting under a heat lamp. it should be 6min minimum wait time for fresh food. also please dont ask me to move forward in the drive thru (to front door where they walk ur bag out). i dont want to hear you complain that your drive thru customer service timer is still going. its YOUR job to provide the timely service not «cheat» and ask everyone to move up so corporate thinks your doing a good job (when they arent). and when i NICELY explain that i WILL move forward once another car ACTUALLY SHOWS UP behind me. when there is nobody at the restaurant except me in the drive thru its dumb to ask me to leave the window when u can easily hand me my food once its done. place is a joke.

This review is based mostly on my experience with the drive-​thru service. Every time I come here (and today will be my last visit) I almost always go through the drive through. The drive-​thru line at this Burger King location ALWAYS moves at a snails pace. Almost every time I have to pull up and park/​wait for fries or something else because it’s not done yet. I’ve also noticed the same thing sometimes when I ride by the place; there is usually somebody pulled over to the front of the building waiting for food. The silver lining in that is at least you know the food is fresh. The major flaw in this though is waiting for food in the drive-​through is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE since the idea is FAST FOOD! People going through the drive-​thru are usually in a hurry.
I also have a problem with the fact that a lot of times I came here, my order was wrong or I had to circle back because they forgot to include something in my bag… I got into the habit of checking my bag to confirm my order was filled correctly. This also takes up my time and the time of everybody in the drive-​thru line behind me. The only reason I give this location two stars is because of the quality of the food. But their drive-​thru service is AWFUL!
If you have time to sit down and eat in the dining room, I’d say this is a good place to eat. The bathroom and dining room are usually clean. If you are in a hurry and you are thinking about going through the drive through, think again.

Tried the fish sandwich — 2 for $ 5. Have to say, it was fresh, crispy, and tasty! Made like I asked, with extra onion and tartar sauce. And kudos to the crew at the Lewisville store, bathrooms were freshly cleaned and the whole place was nice. And I might add that Daisy was friendly and helpful, too.

After having a terrible experience at a burger near my home, I decided to give another location a try before giving up on this franchise as a whole. I was satisfied with the service and food. The manager is real nice here and they got my order fresh and correct. Clean place. Thumbs up!

Worst fast food restaurant that I have visited in the last 10 years.
* Order takers could not speak or understand English
* It took 10 minutes to place the order even though there were only 2 customers in front of us
* The place was filthy — trash was overflowing from all bins
* There was water/​ice/​god know what on the floor next to the soda machine such that we could not even fill our cups
* The server forgot to deliver our sundaes
On the plus side, it looked good from outside.

This is a good burger king, pretty fast and pretty sanitized and the food was all right microwaved ;)) lol j/​k but it’s all right though :)

Although the food is fairly typically burger king, I had to give this particular burger king 5 stars for service and cleanliness. It was spotless and the staff was very attentive to cleaning up when someone left. Definitely felt more sanitary than any other fast food place i have EVER been in!
