Just ate lunch at this McDonalds. I have not ever had the 1⁄3 pound sirloin. I ordered the medium meal and asked if it had mayo and mustard with onions. I was told yes.
The buns were spongy and chewy. There was less than a teaspoon of mustard and ketchup and I didn’t find any mayo. The meat was dry and unseasoned.
Overall a really lousy burger. Fries were good.
I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in a long time and I won’t be trying that again.

This store overcharges by approximately 25% compared to the other McDonald’s in the vicinity. Other than that it’s no different from the others as far as taste or service (it’s McDonald’s, they’re all virtually the same). So… why pay $ 12.50 for the same meal that costs only $ 10.00 at most of the others? If you are concerned about your budget, it would literally pay for you to check the prices at the other stores nearby.
