All Must Go Furniture Liquidators

First off… BUYER BEWARE. These people don’t only have the absolute WORST customer service in retail, but they are scam artists and will nickle and dime you to death. I bought a bed that was marked just days ago for $ 468 and was on sale for 50% off and when I returned to the store to purchase the bed the following day the tag had been changed and it was marked up to $ 768 with the sale still going on of 50% off. The man I spoke to named «John», a tall Caucasian man told me that the tags weren’t switched and that he asked his boss and he said the same thing. At that point he simply ignored me and the fact that I was standing there and began helping another couple. My wife also was with me and she too witnessed that this bed was priced for 50% off @ $ 468 so without doubt I am more than confident that they changed the price of the bed and tried to deny it. He told me he could sell me the bed for $ 350 once I could get him away from the Hispanic couple he was helping (doing a great job of pretending I was not there anymore right behind him). I ended up walking out because I was so frustrated in the service I had received. I then called the following day to see if I could buy the bed then and I was told that he had to order the bed and that it would be in the following day around 2−3pm. Guess what??? I got a call from him and the bed was not there and wouldn’t be there for another day. So obviously he dropped the ball on getting it ordered and made up a BS excuse that it was too late when he had ordered it and it was going to take an additional day to get in. Meanwhile I had a friend with a truck prepared to pick it up that day also while the weather was okay with no precipitation to get it back to my home in Frisco. Guess what happened next? That friend wasn’t available to help me today and I had to rent a uhaul and have ANOTHER added expense to a bed that was supposed to be on sale for $ 234. That uhaul had to be driven in the ice with children in it because of the inconvenience he John had caused me in order to keep the furniture out of the precipitation and because we only own sedans and had no other means of moving it. So I go to look at my bank account and see what was charged to my card and he charged me even more than the $ 350 even though that was the out the door price he quoted me out of his own mouth. I didn’t authorize anything above $ 350 but he sure charged it with no questions or additional authorization. I even confirmed on the phone that I was authorizing the charge of $ 350 to my card. Not nearly $ 380. This guy and this business are snakes and they will cost you WAY more than the false discount they will try and sell you on with their cheesy store name and sales tactics. I intend to call my bank to dispute the unauthorized amount. They need to learn to run a legitimate business, do things on time and for the price they say they are going to do them at, not at the additional expense of the consumer. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE UNLESS IT WAS TO RETURN THE ITEM OR ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK IN PERSON. BUYER BEWARE!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER!!!
