Came in on my first morning in town. Ordered a Carmel macciatto and garbage potatoes. Man these are tasty! Came with bacon sausage cheese ham eggs onion(I opted out from peppers) and a side of gravy. Definitely not healthy but tasty! Potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was cool and kinda industrial feeling. Local art on the walls as well.

I was in Lewiston for work and stopped by Mystic Café for lunch before heading back to Washington. I had, no joke, the best sandwich I’ve ever had — the Prosciutto and Brie. The prosciutto was sliced so thin, the cheese was melted just right, and the jam and apples added just the right amount of sweetness to the dish. On the side I had the Kale salad, and it was perfect. Very fresh, everything is seasoned perfectly, and great prices. I will be stopping by here whenever I’m in the area!

Second time to visit. Great atmosphere and excellent coffee. My first experience with breakfast here was less than satisfactory but I decided to give them another chance. Ordered the farmers breakfast — eggs, potatoes and sausage. Last time the eggs were underdone with the egg white still running clear in a over medium egg. Hoped for a change but this time was the same. My eggs were over easy, not over medium, with lots of egg white running around on my plate uncooked. The sausage patty was tough and inedible. Had the texture of a microwaved, rewarmed meat patty of unknown origin. The deli case is filled with salads that look amazing but I’m not sure I want to venture in for lunch if they can’t fix a simple egg breakfast right. The coffee is awesome though. The house blend is great for a cup of joe. And I will even order a triple short shot for the road. I’m just disappointed that the breakfast doesn’t match the quality of the coffee and ambience.

Having just moved here from Seattle, I have been spoiled as far as coffee goes. While my sister was in a meeting, I walked to Mystic Café to get us coffee and check out the place after noticing it frequently popping up on my Unilocal timeline. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The service was excellent(wish I would have gotten my brunette barista’s name but she was great!). My barista invited me to look around while she made our drinks. So much personality in the place! Everything from the artwork to the light fixtures were on point. They are set up with the espresso/dessert bar, deli, casual dining area to relax in after ordering and then the formal dining area with full table service. They also offer a wine tasting area as well. It’s very well setup and flows nicely. I only got us a couple of espresso drinks and pecan bars. The drinks were well-made. They use Doma coffee(a personal favorite of mine!). The pecan bars were fresh and delicious. The barista was so inviting and answered all of my questions. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she is certainly an asset to the place. I truly wish we had time to grab a meal here but will do so soon and update my review. The entire menu looks nothing short of epic. UPDATE Jan. 8, 2016: Finally was able to try dinner here and it was well-worth the wait. We had a group of five, two being children. The wait staff(I again fail at getting names!) was quick to seat us despite it being a busy Friday evening. Our waitress was attentive and great with the kids. It’s definitely family friendly. I ordered the pork chop special. It came with one of the best house salads I have ever had. The fresh greens were topped with Apple chunks, candied walnuts, and an exceptional honey vinaigrette. As a big fan of salads, I was more than happy with how flavorful this salad was. The pork chop arrived perfectly cooked, tender, and with a sweet wine sauce. I must warn you, it was HUGE! The brussel sprouts were also very flavorful and cooked perfectly with that little crunch I like with my veggies. My meal also came with mashed potatoes. They were also a large portion and tasted great. Honestly, the only thing I even slightly disliked was what seemed a bit of an overwhelming use of black pepper in the mashed potatoes, but to be fair, I am just not a big fan of black pepper in general. All in all, an excellent experience, great service and incredible food. Some say it’s a bit pricey, however, you get what you pay for with the enormous portions and flavorful dishes. My nieces wanted me to add that the kids Mac & Cheese was really really good too.

Best meal I’ve had while in Lewiston this week. Nice atmosphere and excellent food. Finished off an awesome meal of parmesan crusted halibut with a cappuccino. While in Lewiston you must check this place out.

I stopped in at the Mystic this afternoon and was pleased to find an inviting café with a considerable lunch offering. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating, despite the bustling atmosphere and the fact that I ignorantly ordered lunch from the drink counter. I had the delicious Halibut street tacos, portion size was generous and price reasonable($ 10.95). The dinner options sounded attractive as well. I plan to be back.

For Lewiston, this really is as good as it gets. I’m not sure I’d give this place 5 stars anywhere else but if you’re in town, you MUST come here. This review is old and I can’t remember exactly what I had but I came with my in-laws and all 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We had a dessert that was excellent, to boot.

I had the BLTA, my wife had the Angus Burger, and Polenta fries. We came in around 4, during the limited menu hours but that didn’t affect the food or the service in any way. The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Good fresh ingredients. Warm ambiance, and good music from their Pandora station. The portions were good sizes, and we both were filled with food to take home. The prices are worth it, and what you should expect from a classier restaurant such as this one. We are excited to come back to try the dinner menu.

Great lunch, so glad we stopped. I had the BLTA with Rosemary fries. My husband had a burger. Both excellent. Highly recommend!

We found this place while traveling to Lewiston for work. We were trying to find a place for dinner and realized that most places around closed at 9pm. It was getting close to closing time so we picked Mystic Café on a whim and hoped that the staff wouldn’t hate us. On the contrary! Our server, Cami, was warm and friendly. We quickly ordered the Poutine, jumbo shrimp and salmon special(obviously with a side of wine). The food came out quickly, but did not seem like the preparation was rushed. The poutine was incredible and there was even the added bonus of bacon on top! Both of our meals were delicious. We obviously saved room for dessert, so we shared the huckleberry gelato and apple crisp. Neither dessert disappointed. The prices were also super reasonable. We loved the place so much that we went back today for lunch! Highly recommend Mystic Café.

Good food and decent service. Drinkable coffee too! All in all one of the better stops we made during our last tour of the West. We had breakfast sandwiches which were fairly priced and tasty. Served on actual toast, not warm bread.

Great hideout though I’m not sure you can hide here anymore. I really like the atmosphere. Food was great and the wine was very good with a modest price. The server was excellent and we will be back for sure.

Been here about 8 times for lunch And loved it. Decided tongi for dinner with wife. It’s way better for lunch. Dinner menu is small but lots of specials. Issue is ask lots of questions. Our service was awful. Though we said we had a gluten free person she could not explain dishes. Felt it was way high for what we got and food was very slow. By the way they talk about sides but 4 $ for a bad chowder from a can and a dinner salad.

Went on Friday evening, waited 30 minutes to be seated, they were very busy & had some large groups. The owner kept propping open the door & it was freezing out! Our server was very nice & attentive, even bringing extra bread for the bread & dips app! I had gnocchi – very large 2 bite gnocchi(i prefer smaller) it was ok but lacked something. mom was not impressed with the ham sandwich. Daughter had a chicken pasta dish & liked it. It cost us about 60 dollars for 3 people. We probably won’t be back, too expensive & had«odd» choices for entrees.

It was whatever. It was good and all, but I think if I pay fifteen bucks for a burger, it should make me weep with joy. I got an obviously previously frozen patty and not enough blue cheese or anything on it. They were out of iced tea and garden salad. I got there at 11:45 for gods sake!!! Anyhow I got the kale salad which was very nice. I got the chicken curry soup and it was very good. So I would go. Ack for some of that soup but I would never get a burger.

Stopped while traveling because of the reviews and so happy we did! The décor is really well done, knowledgeable staff and really good, fresh food. I had the street tacos and the quinoa/chickpea salad — both very flavorful and more than I could eat. The hubby was very happy with his turkey wrap and the Kobe burger my son had looked wonderful. They are both looking mighty content so I think this stop was a big win.

First date night in awhile. Atmosphere was cozy, the menu was our kind of eclectic. Knowledgeable about the wine list and local brews. I had the ribeye and the wife had salmon. There was an issue with her dish but they worked hard to make it right. We were comped her dinner and a dessert. The valley needs more dining options like Mystic Café. Cassidee was our server.

My wife and I stopped for lunch on a shopping trip to the LC valley; we each got a wrap, each with a salad from the choice of 6 salads. All the food was great ! They have a separate rotating dinner menu that looks really good, too.

This place is amazing! We dined in Lovejoy and the atmosphere couldn’t be beat. The staff were very friendly, the décor was awesome, and the food… calling it delicious would be an understatement. They also have micros on tap that you won’t find anywhere else in the valley. My standard of dining is rather high from living in Walla Walla for 6 ½ years and Mystic Café definitely is up to par. I had the special of the evening which was a crab crusted salmon with hollandaise sauce on top of champagne risotto with asparagus on the side. Everything was cooked to perfection. Dessert was a custard trio: chocolate cremé brûlée, flan, and caramel popcorn mousse. The décor is very cool… they had a railing that was bent rebar and steel piping welded together and many very old photographs. I will definitely be back!
