Loved it here! Came here by accident, after getting complete CRAP service at Bull Run Tap House. Staff was friendly and so were the patrons. Very good pizza, almost a sweet sauce. Excellent prices!

No slices, but you can get a small pizza in 7 – 8 minutes. That screams pre-made crusts, but it was pretty good. Got my pizza in 10 minutes. It was hot and decent. Good sauce and cheese ratios. This isn’t a fancy pizza place, but it fits into a busy schedule — lots of families grabbing a bite to eat while I was there. I would go back, if short on time and needed something quick. Oh and it was under $ 8 for a small plain pizza and medium soda.

This place is a staple of Lewisburg. Coming to town and not stopping here would be like going to Italy and not eating pizza. Their grinders are to die for and so are their cold subs. I’m not a huge fan of their pizza — to be honest I think it’s the sauce — and I have yet to try their pastas, but they can’t be all that bad considering how good the rest of the food is. Service is quick, efficient and friendly.

Five stars for the sausage pizza. You don’t have to like La Casa, you don’t even have to like pizza or sausage, but they sincerely have THE best sausage pizza ever. If we go, that’s the only thing we order, and it’s amazing every time… ahhhh…

Anyone who lived in Lewisburg in the 80s probably ordered take-out pizza from La Casa(what most folks called it) at one time or another. Those people were greeted with the friendly voice of Mr. Fokas(father of Costy and Cindy) who would take your order and promise pizza in 10 minutes. Always 10 minutes — it could be Friday night at 8PM, or Tuesday at 3 in the afternoon. I doubt if Mr. Fokas is still there, but then again, it would not surprise me. In the days before Vennari’s(see my review), this was the best pizza in town. It’s better than OIPS(another review) pizza, and the subs aren’t half bad, either(though I like OIPS more). Since it is in downtown Lewisburg, it’s easy to get to, and a nice stop if you need some food, and want more than a slice. La Casa is a Lewisburg landmark for those who spent years in town. A regular pizza joint, but you won’t leave unsatisfied. Just remember it’s a pizza place in small town Lewisburg, not Manhattan, Chicago, or Italy.
