I am starting a small business and needed vinyls to go with my products. After speaking with the owner, he designed the vinyls and quoted me a price. I agreed to the price. There were 2 designs. I had emailed him and asked for more of one of the designs(very specific in which style I needed). When I arrived, he had made the wrong design. I payed for it anyway thinking I would need more of that particular one anyway. I asked him to print up more of the design I had asked for in the email request originally. When I went to pick them up today, much to my shock and surprise he said he decided to increase the price by 25 percent. I understand if he decided cost and labor would require a FUTURE price increase – but the professional thing to do would be to homer the original quoted price for that order and then advise me that future orders would cost more. This is BADBUSINESS!!! He would rather throw them away then sell them to me at the quoted price. Ridiculous.
