Solid Wood Cabinets

Recently, my 2012 review of my experience with SWCC received a comment from a representative of SWCC. Why this occurred… I have no idea. When the cabinets where first purchased we contacted the company by phone and email regarding our concerns with very little success. However; subsequent to the comment on my initial review an exchange took place in which I was offered an apology for my negative experience with their company, which included delivery issues, lack of customer service and no response to request for product information. After some back and forth comments and reading multiple times how customer service was a priority of their company, I offered them the opportunity to contact me and resolve my three year old problems given that my cabinets have a lifetime warranty. I was contacted by another company representative who told me that things at SWCC have since changed and they would honor the warranty and do the best they could to address my issues. They did in fact do so and not only provided replacement parts but covered the labor as well to accommodate the delay in service. One of their installers was sent out and he did an excellent job of addressing our issues. As a result I have removed the old review and am recounting my recent experience. Albeit delayed, I never turn down an opportunity for things to be made right. I am happy to have my cabinets fixed and thank SWCC for stepping up when given another opportunity. I do however wish it had not taken three years and happenstance to resolve.

We just completed our first transaction with SWC and so far so good. As a contractor I look for the best quality and affordability for my customers so when I received my first cabinet quote I was blown away at the price and standard features they include. They also include a free 3D rendering our your new kitchen layout which is great for the people who need to «see» it before they buy. I have visited their showroom a couple times now and I think they pretty much cover all the basics for kitchen renovations, nice granite and sink selection, full scale kitchen models to look at and on the spot design consultation.
The first sales rep I dealt with wasn’t as sharp as I would like. She wasn’t «hungry» for my business or cared to follow up about potential business. She has since left and I was given to another sales rep, Maurice and he is fantastic! He provided all the tools I need to service my customers they way they deserve!
I think for home owners with tight kitchen renovation budgets should definitely consider SWC.
