I was quite happy with this store. My wife and I were shopping for new bathroom tile. The store is very neat, clean and organized. We had great customer service as well. Staff was helpful but not pushy, which is always good. Great selection and good prices. Defiantly more of a selection and variety then the big box stores. We will return.

Not sure why there were complaints about customer service. I have shopped there twice now and both times the sales people on the floor were extremely nice, actually going out of their way to help me. Tonight a sales woman named Michele helped me, very knowledgeable. The cashier, I think Danielle? Was very pleasant. The first time I shopped here 2 weeks ago my sales person was a young African American guy on the thin side, was once overly pleasant and helpful. Even went outside and loaded many heavy boxes into my SUV and refusing a tip saying it was his job! As far as the store, big selection, prices reasonable…

I have purchased all my hardwood and tile from this place. I also used one of the those 3rd party installers, Vinyl Craftsman. The installers were awesome. Very professional and masterful hardwood install as well as tile.
In store, ask for Ben. He knows his stuff and extremely professional. Excellent infact.

Showed up today at 9 as the website, phone recording and door sign said they were open. They’re not. Called into corporate and they found out that they changed their hours until 10 a opening on Sundays. Too bad the store didn’t bother changing any of the signage on the door, or website, or phone. Wasted my time. Plenty of other places around that care more about my business than them.

Terrible customer service! I came here on Sunday morning after calling and checking the website for store hours. I arrived at 9 am turns out the changed their store hours starting today but didn’t bother to change signage, recording, or the website. I called the corporate headquarters in Georgia. They confirmed store hours of 9 am…
The store opens at 10 am on Sunday’s as of January 3, 2016 they are just not bothering to let their customers know.

Dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences I have had. The product quality was grossly substandard and they failed to stand behind it. I found better quality, service and price at a big box store. Stay away from this shoddy outfit!
