I’ve rented vehicles and storage units here. Don and his people are the best! They are friendly, honest, and go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Due to a local move, I needed to rent a vehicle. During the week, I spoke to a very helpful man on the phone who was very assuring and offered me a lot of information and options about the vehicles as I had some specific questions about the seating options, etc. When I picked the van up on the weekend, the young gentleman who helped us check out the van was the best customer service I’ve had for a long time, hands down. Offered great information, tips, was friendly and humorous. I’d highly recommend going to this location, you’ll be taken great care of.

I needed a cargo van to move some merchandise from Fitchburg to Worcester on short notice. I called Penske, which has had the reputation of having better vehicles than the competition, but they were unable to commit to having a van for me, so I looked for a U-​Haul– though with some trepidation. I’ve driven some pretty bad U-​Haul trucks. But this place looked conveniently located down a Rte. 2 Exit ramp, so I gave them a call. I expressed my U-​Haul misgivings, and the manager assured me I would get the best. It was better than I could have expected. The people were friendly, accommodating and helpful. A clean and practically brand new van was waiting, and with the online reservation and check-​in completed ahead of time, I left my car in their peaceful lot, and made a quick and easy transition back onto the highway. I was charged an overall total of about $ 70 for 60 miles rental/​mileage (I had it from 10 am to 3 pm), and put in 4 gallons of gas. Not one aspect of the rental could have been any better. The people there told me the U-​Haul company is committed to rebuilding their reputation. At least at this location, they definitely impressed me. I know not every vehicle is as new as the van I had, but the fleet looked to be in nice shape, and I’m confident they’ll give you what they promise.
