The customer service in the Sephora of this place was AWFUL. We went in to spend money and no one asked if they could help with anything or thanked us after buying several items. they clearly were ready for their shift to be over. Will NOT be going back. Not to mention of of the gentlemen working there was busy just doing his friends makeup instead of helping us.

This afternoon we stopped in at this JCPenney location to buy a Sephora gift card as well as some shorts for the end of the summer.
This particular location is well stocked and we loved the fact that they had a lot of end of the season deals. We ended up buying two pairs of shorts for under $ 30.
The only bummer is that we found out that if you buy a Sephora gift certificate at a JCPenney location then you can only use it at a shop inside one of their stores. This was a problem because we didn’t want to box in the recipient of the gift but it was nice that the staff member told us.

I hadn’t been in this store in years, but the recent «Ellen» controversy brought me in. The store has been completely remodeled, and is easy to navigate with large signs. The bathrooms were also remodeled, and clean. I got some guest towels at a reasonable price, the sales associate was friendly and customer service oriented.
