Jade II Chinese Restaurant

I ordered a (F) Combination Plate, I asked the Guy working there to please include Hot Mustard in with the Meal, he rolled his eyes and replied it comes with the order automatically. I get home open the bag to discover it was not included. The Rice was COLD and held the pasted compressed form of that large spoon they use there, I released my fork into it on a Slant Position just to see how much of a joke this would be and sure enough the fork stayed perfectly stuck into that position. The Chicken Lo mein laying next to the Clump of Sticky Rice was SCORCHING HOT, the boneless spareribs were blubbery and very unappealing as well.
Needless to say 90% of this so called Chinese food got chucked into the rubbish. They should re-​name this Combination Plate to a more truer name: (The Garbage Plate) I will never go back there again.

Found a brillo pad in my husband’s rice. Not cool. He could have choked. We order here quite frequently but no more.

Unfortunately, the staff is super rude and inattentive to their customers. But that doesn’t stop me from eating there. I just get takeout and don’t have to deal with them.

We order from Jade a lot. Their food is reliably fine. But I’m going with this one star review based on our customer service tonight. We ordered some rice, some calamari, and chicken wings.
We got some rice, calamari, and chicken fingers.
I really dislike chicken fingers, because let’s be honest, you’re pretty much eating dough. My husband called them back as soon as we unpacked the bag, and told them of the error. Now, I cannot attest to Jades side of the conversation, but my husband was left with the belief that they’d come pick up the chicken fingers and exchange them for wings.
We waited a long time.
He called back, and was told he could come pick up the wings. What? We ordered delivery. We should get the correct order. My husband said, «we order from you guys a lot … And you don’t care.» Because they hung up on him.
Jade — I’d you deliver the wrong food, just go back and bring the right food. Now I have a box of cold chicken fingers.

So I called in an order tonight for pick up at 8:57 pm. They told me 15 – 20 min and I took a little longer than that. I showed up at 9:38 and they were closed? There Web site says they are open til midnight? I checked my phone no call from them to see if we were still coming. Very disappointing, drove all the way from Marlborough, Ma to get great Chinese food, only to be let down!

I had serious cravings for a nice egg roll and some hot and sour soup. I’ve eaten at most of the Asian restaurants in the
area. For the price, Jade. II has great hot and sour soup — just on the sour side, as I like it, and a well-​balanced egg roll without the excess of cabbage found in most «fast» menus

Egg rolls are not oily & crisp & fresh tasting. The wonton soup is packed full of veggies & meat. Calamari has thick breading & a bit rubbery. Scallion pancakes tend to be overfried. Singapore rice noodle that used to be in a nice styrofoam container is now crammed into a quart container. Egg foo yung is oily. Once you sort out the likes & dislikes, this place is pretty good with a great selection. Looks divey, but sometimes divey serves the best food. Prices are good. Parking is tight, depending on what time of day. Staff is efficient.

Best chinese chow you can get in town.

This is my favorite Chinese food place in Leominster. All of their food that I’ve had is moist, flavorful and delicious.
Their prices are great.
Their menu is incredibly broad in terms of combinations. They have small and large sizes of most of their appetizers. They have really cheap lunch specials and a bunch of combo meals that cover almost any combo you might want. They deliver for $ 1.50 (minimum of $ 10 order).
It’s just a hole in the wall but there is nothing I don’t like about this place.
