Ok it is a burger and fries, how hard can that be? Well, the fries are good, actually very good. The burger leaves a lot to be desired. It is cooked to order as long as you want it well done. They put the toppings on the burger bun before it is even cooked so the bread is always soggy. It isn’t a great burger, it isn’t even a good burger, just a burger, an overcooked burger. Save your money and go get a burger somewhere else.

I don’t usually review chains. New in town, and coming to expect the usual, «I only work here because this town is Hell and I’m being punished,» expressions, I was blown away by how NICE these guys are! The food was Five Guys good. I got a nice, hot, juicy cheeseburger– with fresh everything at a good price. The place was clean, the peanuts were free. Almost gives me hope for this one-​horse town. Thanks for the warm welcome and the hot burger!

Twice now I have stopped, both times while I eat The burger I legit stop and think «wow I am really enjoying this burger.» I really like the food here, the staff is friendly enough, and it’s clean, hope the third time is as great as the first two have been!

Fries are great with malt vinegar and the burgers are great. Their grilled cheese was great with mushrooms and grilled onions. They have something for everyone on the menu. Staff is very friendly.

5 Guys is consistent quality and value at all of their locations but the crew at this specific 5 Guys raises the bar to the highest standard. They take great care of the customer and its a great burger. Get the cajun fries!

Place is clean and nice, people working for the most part are friendly. The food, well, it’s better than other fast food restaurants for sure but it is a little bit overpriced. They give you a lot of fries, thats the only good thing about the food.

You can get addicted to their fries if you do them right. Hit them up with some malt vinegar and they are the best. A little burger and fries is more than enough to feed the normal appetite. But even though they are known for their burgers and fries, a bacon cheese hot dog is always a welcome change up.

I use to go to the one in Worcester, now they opened one in my hometown. I went once never to return. The burgers are good but the fries had an overabundance of salt on them, it was inedible. With all the other burger stops around I find it hard to come back.

The people are very nice and friendly however the burgers look like there from Macdonalds absolutely nothing special the fries are so greasy it was coming through the bag … not a fan how can people like there food it’s overpriced for nothing special go to a tavern instead? Not recommended! !

If the only burgers you have ever eaten are from McDonalds, then these may taste amazing, but otherwise they are not great. They are made to order, so a bit slower than most fast food chains, which is fine, but there are better freshly-​made burgers out there. Fries were good and plentiful. Place was clean. Burgers are pretty expensive for fast food.

In an area full of restaurant chains of both the fast-​food and sit-​down variety, they offer a tiny oasis of real food prepared well and fast service. The fries are really decent and they tell you on a sign what sort of potatoes they are using that day.
They are also really close to Genesis Salon, so I can take a short stroll after getting my hair done and enjoy a good burger. I’ve only been there twice so far, but each time the place was clean, the food prepared well, the staff courteous and professional.
If you are wondering why I only gave them 3 stars, that is for several (personal) reasons:
1. They are a restaurant «chain».
2, They have a limited menu.
3. They are «fast-​food».
That said, they are a great little place for a decent burger and fries when you want to eat promptly.

Since my previous review was deleted when Unilocal changed the address of this place, I will rewrite. Food is decent with a huge amount of fries. However, if you want incredible burgers from locally owned restaurants you cannot do better than Comeketo or Lance’s American Grill, both in Leominster!

This place is THE BEST BEST BEST BEST burgers AND fries that I have EVER had… seriously. If you have not tried this place… do it! It’s all local beef, veggies, potatoes for the fries… All fresh! .Cajun or regular fries… yum…gotta go eat my scrumptious, large and in charge lettuce wrapped bacon cheese burger with extra grilled onions, A1 Sauce, and tomatoes!!! Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy!
