I ordered the Florentine pizza with prosciutto instead of bacon. I picked it up and it was ready in 15 min on a friday night. It was amazing. Def on my top 5 fav pizzas ever.

Pizza and calzones are good, staff is able to pay more attention to your party during less populated busy hours. Friendly folks and good food.

Not usually one who complains but this service was just bad. 6pm Saturday night not too busy, ordered our food and drinks immediately upon sitting down. Drinks never came, after 45 min i asked our waitress who was walking by with the drinks for the booth behind us when she said oh sorry i don’t ring in waters so i forgot. Thats fine but we ordered a root beer. So she brought us waters and forgot the root beer. After reminding her she brought us our root beer and we waited in total 55min for 2 personal sized pizzas which are child size by the way don’t expect to be filled up on a personal size. This would have been fine but the pizzas came out cold which who knows how long they had been waiting to be delivered to the table. At this point we were so annoyed and just ate them and asked for the bill. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor service long waits for ok food. Def won’t be returning.

The hot wings were amazingly hot. If you can’t take the heat order the mild ones. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food was good and came out quickly. Larger Portions.

It always amazes me when you can’t get a pizza right — how can you go wrong with bread and cheese? Arizona figured out a way. I ordered a white pizza, and there was just no flavor. The broccoli florets were obviously frozen outta the bag, not seasoned. Crust tastes like a hot cracker. My server was fine, but people are right — you wait quite a big considering how many staff people are just standing around.

It’s one thing to have slow service. I understand rushes. But for a place called Arizona Pizza to take 35 minutes to deliver our pizza(and then only after my asking repeatedly for it) with absolutely no heads up from the waitress after she passed our table numerous times delivering food to people is untenable. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Stopped in here today looking for lunch. Sat at the bar and ordered a «hot wing» personal pizza that came with a side salad. Service was good and attentive at the bar but the food was just ehhh. The salad was a very basic chopped iceberg salad and the personal-sized pizza was too cheesy. Kind of runny too. It was a lunch special and was pretty inexpensive so I didn’t feel fleeced or anything. I guess being a New Yorker, my pizza expectations are high and what was served fell way short. As I write this now, I’m not sure what I expected then from«Arizona» pizza. Something different and more interesting maybe? But I digress… Overall, not bad but nothing to write home about.

Used to really like this place; decent food, great drinks, good service. Unfortunately things have gone down hill; service is often lacking. Food is served without items listed on menu; southwestern wrap used to come with salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips, now served with just chips. So disappointed; my husband and I used to really enjoy eating here.

Cold food, slow service. Ate there twice this weekend with my wife, we had multiple dishes and all were served lukewarm.

visited with my two children as it was recommended by the hotel we were staying at. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and chicken fettuccini Alfredo. the server accidentally put in for a cheese pizza instead so she gave us the cheese pizza and the pepperoni pizza which was nice of her but both pizza and the pasta lacked flavor. ANY flavor. the grilled chicken in the pasta was rubbery and I couldn’t tell what I was eating. The clam chowder was the only thing that we actually liked. The atmosphere was good and the server was pretty nice but I think I could have gotten a better pizza and pasta from the Papa Johns nearby.

Do not try the chicken macaroni, they say it is a house favorite, but I say it is definitely not mine. The place is not too nice in a respect that thare a 18in TV on every both table. Wich do not have a remote and a few bad chanels. But I can not lie they have some very good bread bowl soups are very good.

I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Michelin starred restaurant, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat. Unfortunately, the standard at this restaurant was very poor. Where do I start? Having entered the restaurant, we had to wait for several minutes to be greeted and seated, when finally a waitress said hi to us in a very unprofessional manner. She took us to our table, which was very dirty. The menus cards were ABSOLUTELY disgusting, covered in wing sauce and all sorts of food that didn’t belong to us. We ordered our drinks, and soon enough the ‘over enthusiastic’ waitress came back to take our orders, nearly siting down on my lap in front of my wife AND I AMNOTJOKING ! We ordered our mains and ta dah! 40 minutes later(?!) they arrived. We had chicken Alfredo that tasted like the worst store bought bottle of sauce you could imagine. The chicken was pre– cooked and stringy. There was no taste to it at all, and there was no salt or pepper on the table, so you had to try your hardest to attract someone’s attention to get a bit of salt, which took a while. My wife had the pizza. It was the worst pizza I’ve had in my entire life, which was very surprising from a restaraunt with the word PIZZA in their name! Honestly, the best bit of food we had there, was the lemon that came in my iced tea. Honestly, I never complain in a restaurant, because I used to work as a waiter myself in college, so I know what its like sometimes, but for god’s sake, if you charge people, you must give something back. The whole thing was a bit like a fast — food restaurant focused on quantity rather than quality Im affraid, the whole time I was sat inches from another person, and could hear the entire conversation that the other couple was having. I strongly suggest to have less tables there, and give people a bit of privacy when eating and talking and trying to enjoy a meal out. I will never go there again !!! It was terrible!!! Don’t be fooled by the curb appeal the service was very poor. Mc donalds would have been a better choice ! I expect this restaraunts(if you want to call it that) days are numbered. To the management and owners… you should be ashamed of yourselves for opening your door for business everyday!

It was right around lunchtime on Saturday afternoon when my wife and I stopped in to eat. We stood at the hostess table for a good five minutes before deciding to just find a table ourselves. We walked back to the dining area and told one of the servers we had been waiting a while and she apologized and found us a booth. It only went downhill from there. The service provided by our server was slow and quite poor. It took 10 minutes for her to even stop by the table. She never once asked if we wanted more drinks, didn’t offer us water, and NEVER stopped by to ask how everything was. On top of it all, the food was mediocre at best. The wing«special sauce«was certainly not anything special and the BBQ chicken pizza was so-so. Perhaps if the chicken was even discernible(quite sparse) it wouldn’t have been such a big disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. There are much better places around that area.

Picked up a pizza and small salad while I was in town on business. Salad ok. Pizza really good, especially the crust. The«to go» service could have been a little nicer, but overall experience was ok.

If this fine pizza establishment was located anywhere other than in The Berkshires, I doubt it would survive. For the rural area though, Arizona Pizza is tops. Arizona features wood burning oven pizza, that looks better in the oven than on your plate. Their pizza menu options are abundant. They also serve calzones, saladsm wraps, sandwiches, bar-esque appetizers, etc. Not vegetarian-friendly. The framework for great pizza is at their fingertips, but some pies are falling short. Kokopelli white pizza with roasted red peppers and bacon was delicious, but the garlic and olive oil topping was M.I.A. The Hot Wing pizza is memorable, worth the Unilocal 4 stars. Great variety of different beers on tap, the only household name was Bud Lite. I washed down my pizza with a Dale’s Pale Ale. Bustling bar crowd, and busy on a Sunday evening. Very casual attire and atmosphere. TV’s at most booth tables, an idea I typically frown upon. I prefer conversation to the boobtube during meals but for game-watching Arizona is clutch. This is definitely a local spot, you won’t find many Berkshire tourists at Arizona. Although their pizza isn’t up to my snobby NY standards, Arizona fits the bill for a casual bite and I’ll go back when I’m in the area.
