When you order online the order will probally come to your door correct, butbif you order on the telephone the order has been either put in wrong, misheard, or screwed up too many times for our liking. The delievery times have gotten longer an longer, when this place first opened it was a tightly run ship with fast delivery times but over the years accuracy in orders and quick delivery times have dwindled. I still love their pizza but if I get something, I usually get pick up /​take out from this location so I can make sure the order is correct.

First things first, this Pizza Hut is the worst one I have ever dealt with. It takes forever to answer the phone and when it is answered, the worker will not lift a finger to find you a good deal. It takes forever to receive your order and when it does eventually get delivered, you absolutely should check it, because it is probably messed up. And please, do not call back Pizza Hut and ask for a bottle of soda for their mistake on your order, because you will be charged an ASTRONOMICAL price for it. I have officially lost hope with Pizza Hut and will not be returning.

Here’s the thing. This is a pizza store. I tried explaining to the guy that I wanted a pizza with peppers onions and mushrooms on te whole thing with pepperoni on half and you literally would have thought I was talking quantum physics to this dude. He asked me to write it down after repeating it back to me wrong 4 times. Then read the paper, blinked twice, and asked his co-​worker if she understood. She just barely did. Currently waiting to see if they did it right.
… Since they did actually get the pizza out correctly I’ll give it 2 stars. But the dumbfounded look on this guys face when I ordered this, I’ll literally never forget. Smh.
