Very slow. Not sure why, maybe they had to catch some chickens. Took :25 minutes to get our order at the counter

Always good everytime we go here. Ordered the nibbler meal and wings and things. hot and fresh made.
I cant have caffeine products and dont drink alot of sodas but they have strawberry fanta and i enjoy it.
Clean restrooms. Great for lunch.
Overall, would recommend.

First time here. We don’t have these places in Northern Illinois. My daughter and I were out shopping while on vacation and decided to try something new to us. We had the chicken sandwiches (what their known for) and it was good. I probably won’t rush back to have another one. It was a fast food joint’s chicken sandwich.

i was upset by the lack of care that went into the food… when you get a buffalo and blue salad and there is no real lettuce. just the lettuce stems and very little blue cheese and the buffalo chicken is more like whimpy chicken… it was sad. but not surprising for a fast food joint…

I’d never heard of Zaxby’s until moving to TN. My husband wanted to try something new one day and so he decided to try Zaxby’s and boy, am I glad that he did.
We’ve been here several times and I always order the Cajun Club and he orders the Finger Chicken Sandwich. The blackened chicken on the Cajun Club is delish. I don’t know the seasonings they use but it’s very yummy. The Zaxby’s sauce they also put on their sandwiches is delish as well.
