Hardee’s

My brother and I were in there today and the workers were very friendly and polite and the food was delicious. Will definitely go there again :)

Unacceptable does not even begin to describe this restaurant. I ordered my food I was the only car in the line, and waited 20 minutes for my food, I would have left if I didn’t already paid. The customer service was beyond poor. One of the employees came to the window and asked me if it was alright that we were out of «maters.» I told him yes that is fine that they’re out of tomatoes. Then I heard a woman who I assumed was the manager say «When you worked here as long as I have you don’t care anymore.» That made me nervous, thinking it was about my food I ordered for my family. Finally when it arrives, my cups were covered in the drinks we got. I had to ask for extra napkins for my cup holders. My burger was drowned with mayo. I scraped a gallon off. Lenoir City Hardee’s is horrible. I’ve never seen such a big difference in fast food chains from town to town. Knoxville Hardee’s are great. Every time I’ve ever been to the Lenoir City location, it’s been nothing but disappointment. Dry, poorly put together burgers. And how do you mess up milkshakes? They know how! I wouldn’t buy their food anymore if they hugely discounted the menu. Their staff obviously doesn’t care about quality, period.

Worse hardees I have ever been too.
Cold, I mean cold hash rounds. The guy in front of me brought back his sandwich, it was cold.
Do they not realise that serving cold food can get someone sick and the health dept. can shut them down for it?
